- PublicaciónRestringidoPractica IV: Centrales eléctricas del Norte de Santander S.A E.S.P. método nasa como herramienta para propiciar un clima laboral saludable en los trabajadores del área de gestión comercial de la empresa CENS(Cúcuta, Universidad de Santander, 2018, 2018-11-15) Ramírez Cáceres, Kimberly Johanna; Gelvez Bareño, Diana-Carolina; Contreras Rangel, Jael.La presente práctica se desarrolló en la empresa Centrales Eléctricas del Norte de Santander S.A E.S.P. La cual tiene como razón social la prestación del servicio público domiciliario de energía eléctrica y sus actividades complementarias de transmisión, distribución y comercialización de energía eléctrica; presta los servicios de calibración e inspección de medidores, transformadores e instrumentación eléctrica comprometida con la satisfacción de las necesidades de sus clientes. Se realizó la intervención para identificar las probables necesidades de intervención en Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo que se abordaron desde Terapia Ocupacional, por lo cual se diseñó una entrevista semi estructurada, con la cual se pretendió obtener la información del proceso de caracterización para direccionar los posibles programas de intervención. Se desarrollaron 4 fases en la práctica. Para la valoración inicial del programa se empleó el método NASA en los trabajadores de las áreas administrativas, seguidamente se llevo a cabo la implementación del plan de acción, con la aplicación del programa de método NASA como herramienta para propiciar un clima laboral saludable en los trabajadores de CENS se realizara la intervención enfocada en técnicas para el manejo del estrés y la fatiga mental, en la tercera fase se realizó la revaloración con la aplicación del método NASA por segunda vez en la semana 15 y 16 (10-18 mayo), y por último se determinaron los resultados alcanzados durante todo el proceso de la práctica IV en la empresa CENS, socializándolos de forma verbal. Se concluye que luego de la intervención desde terapia ocupacional se disminuyó la carga laboral de los trabajadores administrativos de la empresa centrales eléctricas.

Likewise, the purpose of the first program where corrective training and prior preparation in the development of tasks focused on postural hygiene and active pauses were established according to the body structures demanded against the labor requirements that allowed the company to contribute with the support was achieved in the management of indicators of the system of prevention of musculoskeletal disorders as well as a culture of prevention for workers in the maintenance workshop.
