Through a series of activities and a schedule for the development of the practice given directly by the Ministry of Labor - Territorial Directorate of Santander, the main objective is compliance and proper development of the practice, making a basic study of the inconsistencies to create improvement strategies in the given processes and in the same way contribute with the update of the Occupational Health and Safety System (SG-SST). With the result of the initial diagnosis, it is expected to analyze each basic plan that the entity has, to inform the institution of the modifications made in the legal matrix and in the risk matrix in order to carry out some control measures to provide a safe and pleasant work environment; managing to prevent the various work accidents and occupational diseases to which the employees are exposed when performing their work, allowing to reduce the rate of absenteeism and thus contribute to the improvement of productivity.

Each of the 5 S (Shitsuke - discipline and habit, Seiketsu - visual control, Seiri - organization, Seiso - cleaning, Seiton - order) represents a key aspect to improve and maintain the conditions of cleanliness, order and others in the Organization. As a first instance, it is sought to correctly diagnose the conditions of the facilities in the Ministry of Labor, and to know what the work site is failing or the method they use to operate. In order to comply with this diagnosis, as a solution it is formulated to apply the methodology of the 5S to the documents that are stored there, which includes classifying, ordering, cleaning, standardizing and maintaining. It is proposed to evaluate later the applications and changes made through the 5S methodology, to know with certainty how much progress could be made taking into account the final diagnosis. In addition, it is intended that with the result of the evaluation a new diagnosis be obtained and then continue to improve complying with the best continuous that these methodologies promote.

In accordance with the above, an initial assessment is made through a diagnosis establishing the main problems that arise at the level of quality in customer service and causes that are subject to improvement. Subsequently, the results issued from the different sources that provided relevant information are analyzed, where there are problems in the provision of the institute's services, generating delays, delays or incorrect service provision. Then the designs of new technological tools are made which generated important advances in the correct application of circumstantial improvements to the involved processes that presented deficiencies, these technological tools which allowed advances in the solution of problems in an agile, simple way, easy application and learning for all officials in charge of the different areas in the Institute and with this optimize the relevant processes and activities to improve the problems previously obtained Finally, improvement proposals are made that contribute to the management of the processes involved in the different areas that make up the institute.

SG-OSH, Occupational Health and Safety Management System is understood as the one that by the implementation of decree 1072 of 2015 becomes obligatory for all entities of the public and private sector (and other companies), to help logically to fulfill objectives planned by the top management of the company and in support of a professional in Health and Safety at Work. It begins with the realization of an analysis of the current conditions of the entity in terms of physical and documentary status, verifying if the same organization makes the application of formats for the delivery of Personal Protection Elements (EPP), also includes the review of stretchers, first aid kits and fire extinguishers. The fulfillment of the activities contemplated in the Annual Work Plan, the data collection, the training and the national evacuation simulation is carried out; Active breaks are incorporated into the workday to mitigate the appearance of occupational diseases. It ends with the analysis of the results obtained, which indicates under what conditions is the National Registry of Civil Status - Delegation of Santander, at the end of the internship period.

That is why, for the micro-company Plomería J.J. The implementation of your QMS is the best option to meet your growth and consolidation objectives in the market. In this sense, the objective of this research is to design a QMS based on the NTC 9001: 2015 and appropriate to the internal and external contexts of the micro-enterprise Plomería J.J. The study is of field and not experimental, approaching the personnel that work in the microenterprise through a survey and an interview, oriented to determine the degree of compliance of the organization with the criteria established in the NTC 9001: 2015, in addition to the internal and external conditions, which served as the basis for the design of the proposal. Es una propuesta innovadora ya que le permite al cliente escoger cada uno de los ingredientes y peso a su gusto mediante una aplicación móvil brindándole una mejor atención y disminución en el tiempo de espera. Considerando la forma de vida actual de alimentarse vemos que varía con el paso del tiempo, ya que cada día las personas piensan en su salud y la selección de alimentos que benefician a está, por esta razón se comenzó a desarrollar un estilo de consumo de comida gourmet ofreciendo productos frescos, saludables y orgánicos. Esto demostrará que nos preocupamos por la salud de nuestros clientes ya que los ingredientes son de alta calidad porque son cosechados en huertas. With the purpose that the induction can be applied in the company to new workers at the time of entry, taking into account the importance of the quality of the processes to ensure that Campollo SA is consolidated in the market as a recognized brand to be able to carry your portfolio of products and services to explore the market in different parts of the country. During the development of this project, the induction route carried out by Campollo SA in the main office will be analyzed to its new collaborators, starting from the analysis of the development of the induction route, to learn more about all the internal management carried out by the company for guarantee adequate training for new collaborators. This project will be made to know the impact that the route has on the worker and determine the shortcomings that the route currently has to be able to make the pertinent suggestions and design an induction on quality that corrects the errors and replaces the need that the company has to add a talk on quality to the onboarding route.

Por esta razón surge la necesidad de conocer el sistema operativo que maneja la empresa Comercializadora Pollo Yanky, ya que es una planta avícola que en los últimos años ha venido creciendo rápidamente, siendo conocida en la región como una de las pocas plantas especiales con permiso provisional por parte de la autoridad, debido a esto es necesario mejorar sus procesos productivos, dándole un giro de orden, aprovechamiento de sus recursos y buena administración. Para el desarrollo de este proyecto iniciamos con la identificación de la empresa donde a simple vista se observó que no se tenía ningún control acerca del sistema productivo, se observó nulo control de los costos de producción, desperdicios y desorganización, conforme a esto, se realizó acompañamiento y sensibilización al personal acerca del buen manejo de los recursos y se dio una idea general de la aplicación de las‘’5’’ s, se realizó un trabajo diario de reconocimiento de la empresa y conocimiento del proceso productivo para determinar los puntos críticos que no le están permitiendo ser eficiente y se proponen mejoras para su sistema productivo.
