- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoAnálisis de la incidencia de la hipotensión como una de las principales complicaciones relacionadas con TRR -HD en una unidad renal de la ciudad de Bucaramanga en el primer semestre del 2018(Bucaramanga : Universidad de Santander, 2018, 2018-12-17) Ramírez Pérez, Oscar L.; Galvis Silva, Myriam D.Hypotension is one of the main acute complications derived from RRT-HD renal re-placement therapy, taking into account that there is little information in the literature about its incidence, which is why it was considered to conduct this study in order to identify which is its incidence and impact on the health and quality of life of patients undergoing hemodialysis; A review of the vital signs of nursing records was made to 33 patients in a renal unit of the city of Bucaramanga for five months from January to May of 2018, where eight patients were identified, four men and four women in ages between 39 and 73 years who presented hypotension during dialysis therapy; resulting in an Incidence of 24% in 5 months. Subsequently, the patients were approached using two surveys and the institutional clinical history, identifying the great burden of associated comorbidity among the most prevalent diseases related to this in this population group are: arterial hyper-tension, heart failure, diabetes mellitus and coronary disease. Finding similarity with what is recorded in the literature in relation to the main comorbidities related to chronic kidney disease as well as the pathophysiological relationship in as a precur-sor disease of chronic kidney disease and hypotension as a complication of hemo-dialysis. Pharmacological adherence was evaluated where only 50% is adherent; concluding that all this is related and intervenes with the incidence of hypotension in this popu-lation group.
