Análisis técnico financiero de un modelo de negocio basado en CANVAS para una empresa de consultoría en obras civiles en la Ciudad de CÚCUTA.

This project consisted about a business model focused design on civil works consulting, taking into account supply and demand, the CANVAS value proposition methodology and the company's technical and financial studies. The research was based on a qualitative approach, with a transversal and descriptive scope. The variables and analysis definition were guided by the CANVAS methodology, which made it possible to formulate the business model, considering the areas of customers, supply, infrastructure and economic viability. As a complement, PMBOK methodology tools and techniques were applied too. The population was made up of 312 companies dedicated to consulting for different branches of the construction sector, through information provided by the Cúcuta Chamber of Commerce. The sampling type was intentional non-probabilistic for convenience, to select the participating companies intentionally and obtain the required information for the interpretive analysis. The instruments selected were the structured interview with nine open questions and the survey with nine dichotomous, multiple-choice and open-ended questions. In the results, PMBOK tools and techniques were applied to determine the conditions of supply and demand of civil works consulting services in the San José de Cúcuta city. Based on this, the CANVAS model was applied to design a value proposition to a consulting company of the selected economic sector and finally, the financial and technical calculations required for the company to develop the respective implementation process were carried out.

This document is the result of four months of degree work, describes the activities carried out in the community social project by the students of civil engineering Luis Fernando Pedraza Suarez and Diego Alberto Urrea Maldonado in the village of Monte Chiquito de Tona Santander. The main activity of the project consists of the structural support in the future construction of a multipurpose sports center in the path of Monte Chiquito. The primary development of the community project is based on the execution of evaluative activities such as providing a diagnosis for the development of the village providing technical specifications to lead and guide the planning process of the village of Monte Chiquito Tona - Santander. In terms of field tasks, evaluation and feasibility activities were carried out on the land that is thought to be used for the construction of the village, in search of a benefit for the community; conducting surveys, field measurements, laboratories and structural design. To conclude this argument it can be said that in the activities carried out, the knowledge acquired during the civil engineering career was put into practice, unclear concepts were clarified and new ones learned. In this work is the detailed design of the entire roof system of all structural elements. Size and all the elements of the metallic warehouse truss according to the specifications of the Colombian Resist Seismic Standard NSR-10 (title F). Determine design, wind and dead loads applied to the structure and model the truss with each of its elements and connections.

Practica empresarial como auxiliar de Ingeniería Civil en la empresa GEODIM S.A.S para La ejecución de proyectos, departamentos de Santander y Cesar.

Durante el tiempo trabajado en GEODIM S.A.S, desarrollando la pasantía, se prestó apoyo en proyectos de Sistemas de Información Geográfica (SIG), Consultoría en ingeniería, obras civiles y gestión de servicios públicos en los cuales se desarrollaron proyectos de alto impacto principalmente, en los sectores ambientales, mineros e industriales, los cuales consolidaron en el practicante habilidades profesionales que serán útiles en el desempeño de la profesión de Ingeniería Civil. Los proyectos fueron implementados en minas de carbón mineral a cielo abierto. Estos proyectos están enmarcados en la construcción de estaciones de control ambiental (calidad de agua, calidad de aire y monitoreo de ruido). Las estaciones fueron construidas por medio de elementos estructurales tales como vigas para intemperie ancladas a suelos de laderas hídricas, columnas de soporte, dados y bases en concreto los cuales cumplen la labor de mantener en funcionamiento y generar soporte a los correspondientes sensores y aparatos de mediciones ambiental. Los elementos estructurales fueron construidos en hormigón con resistencia base de 3000 psi. Seguidamente se enfatizó en la consultoría especializada, gestionando la tramitología legal y estudios de ingeniería, necesarios para empezar el proceso de construcción de la sede administrativa de la empresa K2 INGENIERIA S.A.S. La expansión está contemplada en los lotes 19 y 20 del parque industrial Provincia de Soto 1. Finalmente, ante un tercer proyecto gestionado en la empresa GEODIM S.A.S, se contrató la obra civil para la remodelación de la unidad residencial con dirección “carrera 37 # 36-32”, esta remodelación se realizó con aras de expandir temporalmente la sede del área de HSEQ y obra civil de K2 INGENIERIA S.A.S a la espera de la construcción de las nuevas instalaciones proyectadas en Provincia de Soto 1.

The present project is a report of the internship and the performance of the tenth-semester student ANGELICA MARIA DAMIAN TIBACUY, performing technical-administrative activities and being support of the plans and projects in the Secretary of planning and Public Works of the Municipality of Choachí, in the Department of Cundinamarca. Throughout the execution of the business practice, the acquired knowledge was applied in the supervision of works that are executed in the current municipal development plan, "UNIDOS PROGRESAMOS MAS", which have strengthened the social, economic and safe welfare of the population. The construction of an integration center, CIC, the rehabilitation of the Ignacio Pescador departmental educational institution, the improvement of the police station and the improvement of the tertiary road network, through the construction of "placa huella" in the most critical sectors of the area rural of the municipality, are the works that the current administration has delivered for community service. The administrative activities that were carried out during the internship, support the development plan, in the formulation of new projects, among which is the improvement of the tertiary road, "placa huella" and adaptation and improvement of sports centers and other activities necessary to give solution to community requests. When carrying out the business practice, You gain experience in the labor field and you developed skills for solving engineering problem, this with reguard to the supervision of contractive processes and the consolidation of technical documentation necessary for the development of civil works contracts.

This document shows activities carried out in the Battalion of Engineers No.5 “Francisco José De Caldas”, where technical and administrative support was provided in the crystallization of the plans and programs that this institution is executing within the facilities and some sectors of the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga. This internship was a continuation of the undergraduate studies in practical form and new knowledge was acquired, skill in the management of human talent and experience was obtained in the management of actions that produce impact in the community. The main development of the business practice is based on the execution of both administrative and technical activities; office tasks such as the calculation of work quantities, updating of unit price analysis, budgets, technical specifications, review and design of plans, formulation of new projects. As for field tasks, supervision, control and follow-up activities were carried out on the works that are being carried out, bearing in mind that they are executed in accordance with the plans, specifications and standards in force, the works that were developed in the construction and completion of the enclosure wall, the security checkpoint, pedestrian platform, installation of a French-type filter and carrying out respective visits to get to know and respond to the needs of the community stand out. As a result of this practice it was observed the importance in the handling of personnel the good mutual treatment that must have with the operative and managerial personnel, attitudinal procedures were accentuated as the discipline, commitment, responsibility, knowledge, maturity and the immediate solution of situations that are handled under pressure. Initiatives were provided to improve the feasibility of a project and guarantee its viability.

The following document describes the process of business practice carried out by the civil engineering student JOHAN SEBASTIÁN CADENA GÓMEZ corresponding to the University of Santander, the practice was carried out in the company INTEROBRAS DE SANTANDER S.A.S. It offers consulting services in geotechnical studies, structural designs and construction and supervision of civil works. The development of the business practice was based on administrative activities such as support in different projects, the elaboration of an investigation based on the different types of drilling and methods for the stabilization of the slopes, the realization of technical and economic proposals taking into account the technical specifications of the contractor, realization of architectural, structural, hydraulic, health and electrical plans in AutoCAD 2016, a three-dimensional architectural modeling in Revit, preparation of quantities of work, analysis of unit prices (APU), in addition field activities were carried out as the supervision and control of the different perforations (Micropiles, bolts and sub-rows), cutting minutes, elaboration of technical reports of work and the realization of laboratories (Modified Proctor, granulometry, liquid limit and plastic limit). To conclude, it can be said that in the activities carried out, the knowledge acquired during the civil engineering career was put into practice, unclear concepts were clarified, and the skill of facing new challenges was obtained, which allowed the professional horizon to be broadened.

In the next project you can meet the performance and contribution of knowledge acquired in the course of the formation of undergraduate of civil engineering, by the tenth semester student MARIA MONICA SARMIENTO VILLAMIZAR, performing tasks of supervision and control in the construction of a residential work located in the San Francisco neighborhood of Bucaramanga city, which runs the AREOS construction company. The Amaretto II project, consists of a residential building of five floors, which has two apartments per floor, the first floor was projected parking area. The apartments that are toward the front of the street are three rooms and the ones in the back are two rooms with a planned period of approximately eight (8) months for completion of the project. During the internship is carried out different activities, starting with the most important stage of the building, which is the structural part, which will withstand all loads that will be applied by the end of the construction. The processes that follow are masonry, electrical supply, drainage systems and gas, you must verify that they comply with the rules governing civil works in Colombia and technical specifications of the planes. Finally, the finishes and styles of carpentry and glass are left. To carry out the business practice acquired maturity and experience in working with ethical values, with a pleasant attitude in the working time.

En el presente informe corresponde a la práctica empresarial realizada en la empresa ISMOCOL S.A., Portal del Norte – Metrolínea, donde se tuvo la oportunidad de continuar adquiriendo herramientas que permitió a la pasante abarcar los diferentes tópicos que se encuentran en la vida profesional, especialmente en el manejo de personal, que constituye la materia primordial para que la obra avance de la mejor manera y despertó el habito de la investigación y el estudio de aspectos técnicos y normativos. El desarrollo de la práctica empresarial se basó en actividades tales como verificación de la información principal del proyecto, planos, estudios, registros y especificaciones, además de realizar apoyo a los informes preliminares procesando la información de campo. Como actividades administrativas para apoyar la elaboración de proyectos, apoyo de reporte diario de tiempo trabajado, apoyo en reporte diario de escombros, apoyo en reporte diario de relleno, apoyo en el laboratorio y revisar ensayos entregados por empresa de laboratorios. En cuanto a actividades de campo se realizaron actividades revisión, supervisión, control y seguimiento a la obra que se está realizando en la empresa. Se trabajó en equipo, lo cual permitió compartir los diferentes criterios técnicos y actitudinales con la parte administrativa y personal de obra, que beneficiaron a ampliar el nivel de saberes personales y profesionales, adquiriendo más crecimiento en la forma de actuar y pensar, especialmente cuando aparecen nuevos retos y situaciones críticas, que impulsan a dar soluciones efectivas y eficaces, bajo presión. Esta pasantía reforzó en el estudiante cualidades, valores y principios, como respeto, responsabilidad, humildad, tolerancia, entre otras.

En el presente trabajo se especificaran las actividades además del aprendizaje adquirido en la práctica empresarial llevada a cabo en la empresa O&M INGENIERIA S.A.S la cual tiene por objeto social la construcción y prestación de servicios en las ramas de la ingeniería, tales como; asesorías, consultorías, diseños, construcción e interventorías. El desarrollo de la práctica empresarial se basó en actividades tales como la verificación de información primaria del proyecto, reconocimiento del terreno, estudios, registros y las especificaciones de la consultoría a realizar además de apoyo a los informes preliminares procesando la información de campo. Como actividades administrativas apoyar a la elaboración de proyectos, apoyo en la revisión análisis de precios unitarios y especificaciones técnicas; liderar y orientar el proceso de construcción y revisar documentación técnica necesaria. En cuanto a tareas de campo se realizaron actividades de revisión, supervisión, control y seguimiento de la obra que se ejecutó en la empresa. Para concluir esta argumentación se puede decir que en las actividades realizadas se puso en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera de ingeniería civil, se aclararon conceptos dudosos y se aprendieron nuevas tendencias en los procesos constructivos, además se obtuvo la experiencia de afrontar nuevos retos lo cual permitió la ampliación del horizonte profesional. No solamente se avanzó en la experiencia técnica sino también adquirir valores y principios éticos como la responsabilidad, dedicación, puntualidad, trabajo interdisciplinario, cumpliendo con la noble misión que tiene el ingeniero civil de proyectarse hacia la comunidad la cual es la de velar por el mejoramiento e incremento de la calidad de vida de la sociedad.

This document is the result of four months of degree work, describes the activities carried out in the business practice by civil engineering student Mauricio Betancourt Guerrero in the Municipal Mayor of Tame-Arauca, as Assistant Engineer of Municipal Infrastructure Secretary .The main activity of the practitioner consists in the technical support, in works and the administrative part of the different projects that will be executed and will be in progress by the administration municipal. The main development of the business practice is based on the execution of administrative activities such as supporting the development of projects for the development of the municipality, providing assistance in the quantities of work, analysis of unit prices, budgets and technical specifications; Lead and guide the planning process of the Tame - Arauca municipality. In terms of field tasks, activities were carried out to review, supervise, control and monitor the works that are being carried out in the municipality for the benefit of the community; perform eye inspections to solve various problems such as conflicts by boundaries, invasion of public space among others. The development of business practice was based on activities especially in tasks of audit of projects, unit price analysis, specifications of techniques, supervision and control of construction processes and review necessary technical documents, as well as having executed these projects that benefit the community of Pamplona , sector of the public service, commercial sector, cultural sector, social sector, student community and rural community to the growth of infrastructure of the municipality and greater viability of live. The activity carried out put into practice the knowledge acquired during the career of civil engineering, new constructive processes were learned, new challenges were learned which lead to growth as a professional and development to the community, in addition to the professional ethics acquired by the university which is reflected in the intervention carried out in the urban and rural projects that the company carried out.

The present degree project is based on business practice, carried out in the Infrastructure Secretariat of the municipality of Girón, this unit seeks social, economic and cultural development as well as providing solutions to the needs and difficulties of the urban and rural population, this in order for the Girona community to have a better quality of life. In this project, the work and activities as well as the acquired learning are explained by the student of civil engineering Daniel Fernando Díaz Peña. Which has as general objective to assume the position of auxiliary civil engineer of support in the multiple activities carried out by the different professionals of the dependence, being based on the knowledge acquired in the academic curriculum by the University of Santander UDES; and obtaining in return, a work experience that contributes to the enrichment of practical knowledge. The development of business practice was based on activities in which the student participated actively, providing ideas, work and solutions, these functions were carried out both in the administrative part and in the field, the supervision of two works in the improvement of the road network, the trainee made the follow-up of activities in the road construction process with asphalt pavement and a road construction in rigid concrete, likewise the intern had the opportunity to create a work management plan Community, which included the requests made by the community to the secretary of infrastructure of the municipality.

En el presente trabajo se especificara las labores y actividades además del aprendizaje adquirido en la práctica empresarial llevada a cabo por la estudiante de ingeniería civil MARIA ISABEL CARDENAS INFANTE en la empresa METRO INGENIERÍA S.A.S la cual tiene por objeto social, diseños, estudios, construcciones, interventoría y asesorías en el área de ingeniería civil El desarrollo de la práctica empresarial se basó en actividades tales como la verificación de información primaria del proyecto, planos, estudios, registros y las especificaciones de la consultoría a realizar además de apoyo a los informes preliminares procesando la información de campo. Como actividades administrativas apoyar a la elaboración de proyectos, apoyo a la elaboración de las cantidades de obra, análisis de precios unitarios, presupuestos y especificaciones técnicas; liderar y orientar el proceso de construcción y revisar documentación técnica necesaria. En cuanto a tareas de campo se realizaron actividades de revisión, supervisión, control y seguimiento a las obras que se están realizando en la empresa. Para concluir esta argumentación se puede decir que en las actividades realizadas se puso en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera de ingeniería civil, se aclararon conceptos dudosos y se aprendieron nuevas tendencias en los procesos constructivos, además se obtuvo la pericia de afrontar nuevos retos lo cual permitió la ampliación del horizonte profesional. No solamente se avanzó en la experiencia técnica sino también adquirir valores y principios éticos como la responsabilidad, dedicación, puntualidad, trabajo interdisciplinario, cumpliendo con la noble misión que tiene el ingeniero civil de proyectarse hacia la comunidad la cual es la de velar por el mejoramiento e incremento de la calidad de vida de la sociedad.

This document is the result of 5 months of undergraduate work, describes the activities carried out in the ordinary work practice- young state-On the part of the student of Civil Engineering Crhistian Johan Lobo Silva in the Office of Planning and Public Works Advisory of the Municipality of Barbosa Santander. The main activity of the intern is to provide support to the management and monitoring activities, control and inspection of buildings, in compliance with the Municipal Development Plan, Land Management Scheme among others. The development of this project in ordinary work practice is based on the execution of administrative activities such as support for the preparation of work quantities, analysis of unit prices, preparation of budgets and review of filings for the approval of building permits. In terms of field tasks, work inspection activities, technical visits and follow-up to buildings approved by urban planning licenses, both rural and urban. On the other hand, ocular inspections were also carried out with the purpose of verifying if they are violating any urban norm. Given the case in which an urban rule was infringed, the intern was authorized, to temporarily suspend any construction or civil work, sending a report to the police inspection unit and thus, the person in charge carried out the due process of the police, which in this case would be sealing and fine to the owner.

Práctica empresarial como auxiliar de ingeniería en la empresa CIVIL-MEC S.A.S con funciones técnico administrativas en los procesos constructivos de losas industrializadas en Medellín – Antioquia

En el presente proyecto se pretende evidenciar las buenas prácticas empresariales culminadas, especificando minuciosamente todas las actividades correspondientes al proceso, que han sido de gran ayuda y soporte para la formación y experiencia en campo adquirido en las pasantía, llevada a cabo por la estudiante de ingeniería civil DINA GERARDITH CARRASCAL DURÁN en la empresa CIVILMEC INGENIERÍA S.A.S la cual tiene por objeto social, diseño, estudios, construcción de piso industriales. El desarrollo de la práctica empresarial se basó en actividades de campo con un alto porcentaje de 80%, y un 20% en trabajo de oficina. Dentro de las actividades de campo se desarrolló la supervisión, seguimiento, coordinación, control a todas las obras que se están llevando a cabo por parte de la empresa. Con relación a los quehaceres de oficina, se realizó verificación de la información de los proyectos de obras, planos, estudios, registros, informes, cronograma, especificaciones técnicas de todas las actividades que se llevaron a cabo; como también la entrega de informes, cantidades, memorias de cálculo, procesando toda la información pertinente e importante de campo. Haciendo referencia a lo anteriormente nombrado, se puede resaltar la trascendencia que tiene la parte actitudinal, estas labores de campo se lograron realizar con mucha eficacia, agilidad y trabajo en equipo, liderando un grupo de personal calificado, aparte de las relaciones profesionales que se tienen con otras disciplinas lo cual constituyó la recopilación de una alto nivel de conocimiento. Por otro lado, se puede destacar el buen manejo que se le dio a los problemas que se presentaban en la obra, dando solución oportuna.

This document is the result of four months and ten days of degree work, describes the activities carried out in the business practice by the student of civil engineering Luis Carlos Quintero Acosta in the construction company ARARAT S.A.S with functions of auxiliary in civil engineering, fulfilling responsibilities of technical support in the front of work and administrative in the office in the projects AURORA 32 and ARARAT in the city of Bucaramanga. It is very important to emphasize that office work. It was carried out within the harmony and collaboration of the administrative and professional staff, which allowed activities to be carried out that left in the past and added value in terms of practice and experience. For the ARARAT building, minutes of works were made, elaboration of weekly progress reports. For the project of the building AURORA 32, tasks were carried out of cutting of work, reports of quantities of work, review of plans, matrices of occupational risks. In terms of tasks, activities of review, supervision, control and monitoring were carried out in the construction of the AURORA 32 building and to provide follow-up in the finishing part of the ARARAT project. Ocular inspections were carried out to solve various problems arising during the construction of the work in neighboring buildings. The result of the passion can be said that the tasks were achieved in the knowledge acquired in the university cycle, the concepts were reaffirmed and greater learning was obtained at the time of having new work experiences that served as a starting point in the good performance in the productive sector.

Práctica empresarial en calidad de auxiliar de ingeniería civil en la empresa DIATECO S.A.S. con responsabilidades técnicas y administrativas en la construcción del colegio Facundo Navas Mantilla en Girón-Santander

En el presente proyecto de grado basado en la práctica empresarial apoyando a la empresa DIATECO S.A.S, en la construcción y adecuación del colegio Facundo Navas Mantilla; barrió la Esmeralda en el municipio de Girón-Santander, se da a conocer las actividades desarrolladas por el practicante donde se reforzó los conocimientos adquiridos en la Universidad y la consolidación de las habilidades y las destrezas que permiten una mejor competencia en el desempeño de la Ingeniería Civil. Esto se logró ejecutando todos los métodos técnicos del proceso constructivo, verificando el cabal cumplimiento con lo estipulado en las especificaciones y normas vigentes. Cabe resaltar que fue necesario investigar la norma NTC-4595 (segunda actualización) que trata sobre la ingeniería civil y arquitectura en diseño de instalaciones y ambientes escolares, y la NSR-10 que trata sobre la reglamentación para regular las condiciones con la cual se debe construir edificaciones. Dentro de las labores realizadas en la pasantía se destacan lo siguiente: colaborar en el diagnóstico del estado de la estructura, instalaciones y aparatos existentes de dos bloques, ya que la obra se encontraba abandonada desde hace diez años aproximadamente. En los otros dos bloques se realizara la construcción de un bloque de dos plantas y el otro de cuatro plantas donde se ejecutó la supervisión y control de los siguientes ítems: Construcción del encerramiento; retiro de material orgánico; localización y replanteo; excavaciones para la cimentación; estructura en concreto.

Práctica empresarial en el Batallón de Ingenieros N° 5 - Coronel Francisco José de Caldas apoyando proyectos de obras de ingeniería civil

En el presente trabajo se especificará las labores, además del aprendizaje adquirido en la práctica empresarial llevada a cabo por la estudiante de ingeniería civil MAYRA ALEJANDRA CARREÑO HERNÁNDEZ en El Batallón De Ingenieros N°5 - Coronel Francisco José De Caldas la cual tiene por objeto social apoyar con mano de obra a construcciones que se realicen en la comunidad civil, presupuestos y ejecución de obras en las instalaciones del batallón e informes y visitas a campo dirigidas al área de ingeniería civil. El desarrollo de la práctica empresarial se basó en actividades tales como la verificación de información preliminar de proyectos, planos, presupuestos, registros fotográficos e informes. Como actividades administrativas apoyar a la elaboración de informes de visitas técnicas, apoyo a la elaboración de las cantidades de obra, presupuestos y especificaciones técnicas; liderar y orientar el proceso de construcción. En cuanto a tareas de campo se realizaron actividades de revisión, supervisión, control y seguimiento a las obras que se ejecutaron como lo fue la capilla del Batallón Galán. Para finiquitar se puede decir que en la práctica empresarial se corroboraron los conocimientos adquiridos durante la formación academia, se complementaron técnicas y se fortalecieron nuevas tendencias y procesos constructivos, por otro lado se vio la importancia de las relaciones interpersonales con el personal de oficina y obra donde se pudo experimentar la responsabilidad y otros valores como dedicación, puntualidad y principios éticos además, del gran papel de liderazgo el cual se caracteriza un ingeniero civil al brindar a la comunidad su conocimiento para mejorar e incrementar la calidad de vida en una sociedad.

Sistematización e implementación del SECOP II en la empresa Construcastell S.A.S. y gestión presupuestal en el Instituto Nacional de Vías Territorial de Santander

En el presente documento se exponen las labores y actividades ejecutadas en la práctica empresarial llevada a cabo por el estudiante de ingeniería civil BRYAN FRANKZUA RAMIREZ JAIMES en el INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE VIAS – INVIAS TERRITORIAL SANTANDER cuya misión es ejecutar proyectos de infraestructura vial, férrea, fluvial y marítima, y en la empresa CONSTRUCASTELL S.A.S donde se desarrolló tareas de oficina en el tema de contratación estatal y de campo, en la construcción de una bodega. El desarrollo de la práctica empresarial en INVIAS se basó en actividades tales como la actualización de información de los proyectos viales en Santander, apoyo en elaboración de licitación pública, elaboración de presupuestos, elaboración de presentación de proyectos viales en Santander, revisión de papers y comités de seguimiento de los proyectos, elaboración de archivos kmz del trazado de las vías, manejo del software Hermes utilizado por el instituto. En cuanto a CONSTRUCASTELL S.A.S se basó en tareas como supervisión de obra, actualización e introducción al sistema de contratación público 2, inscripción de la empresa en el secop 2, seguimiento y estudio de procesos de contratación pública a nivel nacional, selección y participación en procesos de contratación, elaboración de propuestas a presentar en los procesos, mantener actualizada la información requerida por el sistema de contratación secop 2. Para concluir esta argumentación, en las actividades realizadas se puso en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera de ingeniería civil, igualmente se pudo aclarar conceptos dudosos y también se presentó la oportunidad de asistir a jornadas de actualización y capacitación en ciertos temas, ampliando los saberes técnicos, administrativos y actitudinales que van a fortalecer las capacidade s aplicadas en el ejercicio profesional.
