El objetivo en esta investigación, se centró en evaluar la viabilidad de los microorganismos probióticos Lactobacillus acidophilus y Lactobacillus rhamnosus en compotas comercializadas en San José de Cúcuta. Se llevó a cabo y teniendo en cuenta el control de calidad para cada uno de los procesos; inicialmente el análisis microbiológico de cada una de las compotas por método petrifilm y el recuento por UFC/ml, la prueba de esterilidad comercial a partir de la NTC 4433 y la determinación de los probióticos implementándose tres métodos de ensayo; en donde el último fue el que arrojó mejores resultados, este se realizó con cada uno de los microorganismos mencionados mediante un preenriquecimiento en caldo tripticasa soya se incubó a 37 °C/24 horas, se sembró en medio RMS e igualmente se incubó a 37 °C/24 horas por microanaerobiosis.

Incubator Health Laboratory. Based on the ICONTEC GTC 171 standard of 2008. A descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out, where the productivity and selectivity tests are used, with the purpose of assessing the quality of the solid culture media prepared in the sanitation laboratory of Incubadora Santander SA in the period from February to May of 2018, ATCC strains of the Thermo Scientific target and non-target brand were used for the procedures inoculated on Baird Parker agar culture media, Cetrimide agar, Chromocult agar, Chromosalm agar, Mac Conkey agar, Plate Count agar, VRB agar, agar VRBD, XLD agar. The results show that 100% of the trials implemented exceeded the productivity index> 0.5 of the target strains and the selectivity showed total and partial inhibition of the non-target strains, according to the guidelines established by the GTC 171 of 2008 In conclusion, the quality control turned out to be the most important contribution in the culture media prepared in the health laboratory and compliance with the GTC 171 standard in 100% for the trials of productivity (semi-qualitative) and selectivity (semiquantitative).

The Amaretto II project, consists of a residential building of five floors, which has two apartments per floor, the first floor was projected parking area. The apartments that are toward the front of the street are three rooms and the ones in the back are two rooms with a planned period of approximately eight (8) months for completion of the project. During the internship is carried out different activities, starting with the most important stage of the building, which is the structural part, which will withstand all loads that will be applied by the end of the construction. The processes that follow are masonry, electrical supply, drainage systems and gas, you must verify that they comply with the rules governing civil works in Colombia and technical specifications of the planes.
