    Objective: compare using two different methodologies residual white blood cell count in order to provide safer blood components. The blood components obtained from apheresis offer greater safety to patients at the time of blood transfusion; verifying leukoreduction differentiator Material and Methods: A descriptive study was perfor-med cross-sectional in Colombia Hematológica Foundation.     Evaluación de la viabilidad de los Microorganismos Probióticos Lactobacillus Acidophilus y Lactobacillus Rhamnosus en compotas comercializadas en SAN JOSÉ DE CÚCUTA.

    La palabra probiótico significa “para la vida” y en área de nutrición y ciencia de alimentos se refiere a microorganismos que ejercen un beneficio a la salud en los humanos. El objetivo en esta investigación, se centró en evaluar la viabilidad de los microorganismos probióticos Lactobacillus acidophilus y Lactobacillus rhamnosus en compotas comercializadas en San José de Cúcuta. Se llevó a cabo y teniendo en cuenta el control de calidad para cada uno de los procesos; inicialmente el análisis microbiológico de cada una de las compotas por método petrifilm y el recuento por UFC/ml, la prueba de esterilidad comercial a partir de la NTC 4433 y la determinación de los probióticos implementándose tres métodos de ensayo; en donde el último fue el que arrojó mejores resultados, este se realizó con cada uno de los microorganismos mencionados mediante un preenriquecimiento en caldo tripticasa soya se incubó a 37 °C/24 horas, se sembró en medio RMS e igualmente se incubó a 37 °C/24 horas por microanaerobiosis.

    Implementación de los ensayos de productividad y selectividad en el control de calidad de medios de cultivo sólidos, elaborados en el laboratorio de sanidad de Incubadora Santander S.A.

    The objective of the study was to implement the productivity and selectivity tests, in the quality control of the culture media elaborated by the Santander S.A. Incubator Health Laboratory. Based on the ICONTEC GTC 171 standard of 2008. A descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out, where the productivity and selectivity tests are used, with the purpose of assessing the quality of the solid culture media prepared in the sanitation laboratory of Incubadora Santander SA in the period from February to May of 2018, ATCC strains of the Thermo Scientific target and non-target brand were used for the procedures inoculated on Baird Parker agar culture media, Cetrimide agar, Chromocult agar, Chromosalm agar, Mac Conkey agar, Plate Count agar, VRB agar, agar VRBD, XLD agar. The results show that 100% of the trials implemented exceeded the productivity index> 0.5 of the target strains and the selectivity showed total and partial inhibition of the non-target strains, according to the guidelines established by the GTC 171 of 2008 In conclusion, the quality control turned out to be the most important contribution in the culture media prepared in the health laboratory and compliance with the GTC 171 standard in 100% for the trials of productivity (semi-qualitative) and selectivity (semiquantitative).

    In the next project you can meet the performance and contribution of knowledge acquired in the course of the formation of undergraduate of civil engineering, by the tenth semester student MARIA MONICA SARMIENTO VILLAMIZAR, performing tasks of supervision and control in the construction of a residential work located in the San Francisco neighborhood of Bucaramanga city, which runs the AREOS construction company. The Amaretto II project, consists of a residential building of five floors, which has two apartments per floor, the first floor was projected parking area. The apartments that are toward the front of the street are three rooms and the ones in the back are two rooms with a planned period of approximately eight (8) months for completion of the project. During the internship is carried out different activities, starting with the most important stage of the building, which is the structural part, which will withstand all loads that will be applied by the end of the construction. The processes that follow are masonry, electrical supply, drainage systems and gas, you must verify that they comply with the rules governing civil works in Colombia and technical specifications of the planes. Finally, the finishes and styles of carpentry and glass are left. To carry out the business practice acquired maturity and experience in working with ethical values, with a pleasant attitude in the working time.

    The present work of degree deals with the business practice that complemented the professional training as a civil engineer at the University of Santander. During the time that corresponded to the internship carried out in the company, with & with consultancy and construction, technical and administrative tasks were carried out that are required for the execution of the center life project in the Kennedy Phase II neighborhood, located in the city of Bucaramanga, whose construction corresponds to a 3-story building for the use of the community of the third age, and which was promoted by the mayor of the municipality, in order to improve the quality of life of the elderly low income. Among the most important technical supervision tasks carried out during the construction of the project, are the follow-up to the work activities, tests and laboratory results and quality control of the materials, structural steel revision in columns, beams and slabs of mezzanine Among the administrative tasks is the management of personnel, the organization of activities in the works committees, and the monitoring of quality formats, which were prepared in conjunction with the project manager, and whose implementation was under the responsibility of the Practitioner who was the professional in charge of filling them and processing them before auditing.
