    The present investigation is focused on the proposal of a series of panels of different conventional materials and recyclables, which comply with all the technical regulations and specifications that conventional Drywall plates have. The latter consist of plaster or fiber cement sheets, fixed to a galvanized steel structure, in which the manufacturing and finishing process does not use water, hence the name Drywall or dry wall. The first stage of the present project was to find and select the appropriate materials to carry out the relevant tests and tests, making sure that these proposed elements comply with all the standards and physical, chemical and normative requirements corresponding to the construction of the Drywall system. The first panels made were based on: cardboard, toilet paper and colbon. Giving us as a result a semi-hard sample with characteristics similar to the Drywall, but with low resistance to fire and load understanding that we apply in the corresponding laboratory tests. Therefore it was necessary to change the binder and look for other material that would improve the technical conditions of the panels. In this way we proposed to change the colbon by glue based on cassava starch, through which this served as a binder to improve the conditions of the samples obtained, since this glue gave us a greater resistance to the developed tests and its characteristics were similar to those of the traditional Drywall, thus achieving a better result in the objective of conventional panels.

    Supervisión técnica de drywall y pintura en el proyecto Green Gold de Bucaramanga

    The following work is presented as a degree work requirement to opt for the title of technologist in Supervision of civil works and which focuses on the area of finishes, specifically drywall and painting. The book is divided into eight items, and throughout it you will find basic concepts of materials used both in the installation of the drywall and in the application of paint, you will also find the types and application that may have each. The book also has examples or cases that are frequently seen and it is better to take them into account for future supervision and thus avoid possible expenses or increases in schedule times. Additionally, it also has a brief description of other types of finishes applied to both internal walls and external walls. In it you will also find the methodology exposed in the Green Gold project of Bucaramanga to supervise the finishes and deliver some buildings in optical conditions. The processes that were carried out, the cases or particular situations of the project have also been documented and exposed in this book in order to deliver a complete document based on the experience acquired in this time of practices and thus be useful for future colleagues in similar situations. Additionally, in this book you will find information about the commercial values of the materials used in the installation of drywall, supplied by three suppliers.

    Supervisión Técnica y Administrativa Fase de Acabados en el Proyectos de Clínicas en Santander y Norte de Santander

    Este trabajo se realiza con el fin de tener excelentes acabados de una forma práctica, profesional y sobre todo llevando un control ecológico con el uso de materiales para la terminación de obra. La necesidad de este proyecto ecológico es buscar y reparar o restaurar los ecosistemas que están afectados por la construcción. Es importante realizar proyectos más ecológicos en las obras civiles. Se realizó la supervisión técnica de la instalación de la de muros en drywall con el fin de cumplir parámetros de acuerdo a la resolución 4445 de 1996 del Ministerio de Salud la cual se indica cómo deben estar los diseños arquitectónicos para el bien de los usuarios. Y a su vez utilizando materiales de revestimiento tales como estuco plástico o masilla y pintura que sean amigables con el medio ambiente de acuerdo con la norma NTC-6018 (Internacional, 2013). La construcción liviana en seco (Sistema Drywall) es un método de construcción muy favorable en proyectos de clínicas, ya que una gran solución para dividir espacios y hacer trabajos de alta calidad. Todos los proyectos en nuestro país deberían establecer el cumplimiento de la norma NTC-6018 (Internacional, 2013) ya que es para el cuidado del medio ambiente y el cuidado de la salud del personal de trabajo

    Supervisión y control técnico en estructuras livianas (Drywall) obra Irawa Cañaveral Urbanas

    En este documento se pone en evidencia el proceso constructivo, métodos de trabajo y balance de rendimientos para la ejecución del contrato de cielo rasos en la obra de IRAWA de la constructora URBANAS S.A Supervisión e Instalación de cielo rasos drywall, terminación de obra blanca para: baños, cocina, zonas húmedas, pasillos de zonas comunes y zona social de la torre esto en el interior de los apartamentos; zonas al exterior se les instalara superboar de 8 milímetros acto para soportar intemperie y humedad Por razones administrativas del contrato de obra se a realizado una media minuciosa de las áreas demarcadas a intervenir en cada apartamento, tomando como base las medidas en metros cuadrados y metros lineales y totalizando las torres 1 y 2 que conforman 16 aptos por piso, las torres cuentan con 17 pisos incluyendo los pen-huose en un promedio de 272 apartamentos a intervenir esto nos da una idea de que personal debemos emplear para la ejecución de esta obra. Teniendo en cuenta los tiempos establecidos dl contrato y que se cumpla todos los avances en el cronograma de obra establecido para cada contratista.
