Involving all levels of the organization with the commitment of senior management and staff motivation with their participation in all stages of the Management System. Through diagnosis, the identification of critical variables that affected the delivery times of orders, costs and issues of order and cleanliness was achieved. These causes were prioritized and the process map was structured; characterizing its 4 missionary processes: purchases, sales, inventories and distribution. Finally, policies were established regarding the use and application of the EOQ deterministic model with fixed demand; to establish when to order and how much to order, thus avoiding incurring more storage costs. Also, the 5S methodology was implemented, establishing policies regarding the use of red and yellow cards according to the Akafuda methodology, design and application of the color code to classify the products on the shelves according to the ABC classification to know their% market share and Lay out by process with delimitation of work areas and machinery positions, among others. With this, the need arose to formulate and apply some management indicators to measure the results of the implementation of these methodologies and control the processes.
