    Banco aplicativo de redes hidrosanitarias

    The establishment of a bank for the application of hydrosanitary networks is carried out in order to enable students to benefit from and to practice on the installation of hydrosanitary networks; because the university does not have an application bank that instructs students a more about the hydraulic, sanitary and ventilation facilities. This application bank would help with the experience of the students, as their training process will be more practical. It is mainly based on the creation of an application bench with different pipe diameters, and the accessories with which the sanitary, hydraulic and ventilation networks are assembled. These accessories (elbows, yees, tees, reduced yee, reduced tee, semi-codes, etc) will be classified according to their use, diameter and type of net for which they are used and will be carried in two cases that can be easily transported. The pipe sections to be worked will not be more than one metre long, since for reasons of transport and the storage of the pipes, the briefcases distributed in dimensions according to the accessories and the conduits to be stored. This bench will have a guide of floor plans for the design and a brief description of how to assemble the hydrosanitary network. These plans shall have the specifications of pipe diameter, connections and location of each of the hydro sanitary appliances.

    This document describes the work done during the internship conducted by Luis Fernando Gómez Galvis in the San Alberto César city hall as assistant engineer of the municipal planning secretariat. The main activity consisted in the technical support in works and administrative in the different projects that were in execution or were in management by the municipal administration. During this stage of the practice, activities were carried out in which the concepts and knowledge learned during the training were used, such as the use of a civil engineer at the University of Santander. These activities dealt with issues of urban planning, territorial planning, design and construction of aqueducts, sewerage systems, roads, slope stabilization works, preparation of budgets, calculation of quantities of materials and preparation of technical specifications. Field and administrative activities were developed to support administration projects such as the paving of 3.3 kilometers on rigid pavement, the payment of tertiary roads, the accompaniment to the adaptation of sports facilities, minor repairs to the sewerage system, remodeling of the facilities of the slaughterhouse, repair of aqueduct veredal, the construction of a cattle pen for the municipal area, the construction of levees for the prevention of floods, the construction of 401 ml of sewer box, also supported the solution to several problems, as conflicts of property limits, invasion of public space and other details.

    This work specifies the tasks and activities carried out in the business internship carried out by civil engineering student MAYRA ALEJANDRA JAIMES ÁVILA in the company CMR INGENIERÍA Y PROYECTOS S.AS, in the construction of the "BBY" highway "Bucaramanga-Barrancabermeja-Yondó. The development of the internship was based on administrative activities such as the revision of plans, technical specifications, calculation of quantities of work, analysis of unit prices, cuts of work, budget. In addition, the monitoring of the personal field and the control of the machinery are necessary for the execution of the works. As regards the field work, the following stand out: Supervision and control of the works that are carried out, such as, Sewers, Control box, Military bridge steps, Containment structures, The rules of use in the collection of materials in the plant. Concrete, Beams head; Verifying compliance with plans and technical specifications. A significant aspect for the practice is the leadership in each one of the fronts of work reason why it is put to the test the capacities that must be had in the handling and the control of the personal contacts to the company not only in the office but in the field, where technical and administrative decisions were made, especially with the tasks that guaranteed the development of the work, and not only in the quality but also in the investment and the programmed time.

    EL proyecto de grado tiene como finalidad realizar las prácticas empresariales, es apoyado por la empresa de ingeniería civil COINCO DE COLOMBIA S.A.S, efectuándose en el municipio de SALGAR departamento del ATLÁNTICO, se trata de la adecuación del sistema de drenaje superficial (5 canales) y el mejoramiento de la vía principal, que beneficiara a la comunidad de salgar. Esta pasantía representa una extensión de la formación académica con el fin garantizar la calidad tanto técnica como humana de un ingeniero civil. Dentro de la práctica se pueden destacar las siguientes actividades de oficina: elaboración de actas de cortes, supervisión de rendimiento de obra, entrega de cantidades de obras semanales, revisión y corrección de planos hidráulicos, viales y estructurales, control de la programación de obra. En acompañamiento de actividades que se ejecutaron en el campo realizando el seguimiento, supervisión y control de la obra de drenaje (canales y box culvert), velando el fiel cumplimiento de los planos, especificaciones y otras normas. Esta práctica llenó las expectativas profesionales del practicante, ya que se fortalecieron bases que va a repercutir favorablemente en el desempeño de la vida laboral, como a la adquisición de nuevos conocimientos, experiencias en procesos constructivos y control de calidad. Adicionalmente se analizó y corroboro la transcendencia de los aspectos personales y emocionales como el factor disciplina, puntualidad, buen trato con el personal y la comunidad.

    In this document is presented the business internship carried out at “Batallon de Ingenieros N5 Cr Francisco Jose de Caldas, institution that provides to the most affected communities by the post-conflict services of construction and consulting in general engineering related to natural resources and environmental protection. These activities contributed to the development in some of Santander’s counties. The business internship allowed the confirmation of the theoretical knowledge through the implementation of it, both in the administrative and fieldwork space, seeking the optimization of resources for the construction’s improvement and cost. The administrative activities gave support to: designing process of a 72 meters long and 4 meters high wall at the “Batallon de Palonegro”, analysis of unit prices, budgets, weekly reports, acquisition and control of materials used and support in the blueprints preparations. The fieldwork activities gave support to: diagnosing the state of houses, roads and bridges, supervision and control over executed work according to blueprints. Therefore the business internship was an interrelated set of activities oriented to the professional growth of a civil engineer, since knowledge was verified, new constructions techniques were learned and professional ethic was applied it is very important for the satisfactory jobs that need to develop a society.

    This written work specificities the activities and different assignments, as well, all the traineeship acquired in the business practices accomplished by the Civil Engineering student ERICK GIOVANNY RODIRGUEZ PEREZ at CONSTRUCTIONS RST, which has a corporate social responsibility in design, consultancy, constructions, stock taking, also the service given in the equipment and machinery rent in the civil engineering area. That represents a meaningful knowledge in the concepts during the academic training, which brings more certainty at making decisions in front of different issues and risks that the work can present. This internship was based in administration activities, supporting the formulation of different projects, specifically making: memories of work quantities, budget’s structuration, update of the unitary prices analysis and technical specifications, data recompilation of enrolled works for ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 certifications, formats elaborations, survey and another technical evaluation aspects. In the regards of the field work, the short-time perspectives were gather in due of the contracts protocol condition, given the participation possibility with some of these works. To conclude, the knowledge learned throughout the Civil engineering career was applied in the activities, clarifying uncertain concepts and learning about constructive process. As well, the skill of taking new risks expanded the theoretical part, given the practicing a long professional outlook. Likewise, the personal growth was constituted in a remarkable space to show more competitiveness skills in the practice of being a professional engineer.

    This document is the result of four months of degree work, describes the activities carried out in the business practice by civil engineering student Mauricio Betancourt Guerrero in the Municipal Mayor of Tame-Arauca, as Assistant Engineer of Municipal Infrastructure Secretary .The main activity of the practitioner consists in the technical support, in works and the administrative part of the different projects that will be executed and will be in progress by the administration municipal. The main development of the business practice is based on the execution of administrative activities such as supporting the development of projects for the development of the municipality, providing assistance in the quantities of work, analysis of unit prices, budgets and technical specifications; Lead and guide the planning process of the Tame - Arauca municipality.     En el presente trabajo se especificara las labores y actividades además del aprendizaje adquirido en la práctica empresarial llevada a cabo por la estudiante de ingeniería civil MARIA ISABEL CARDENAS INFANTE en la empresa METRO INGENIERÍA S.A.S la cual tiene por objeto social, diseños, estudios, construcciones, interventoría y asesorías en el área de ingeniería civil El desarrollo de la práctica empresarial se basó en actividades tales como la verificación de información primaria del proyecto, planos, estudios, registros y las especificaciones de la consultoría a realizar además de apoyo a los informes preliminares procesando la información de campo. Como actividades administrativas apoyar a la elaboración de proyectos, apoyo a la elaboración de las cantidades de obra, análisis de precios unitarios, presupuestos y especificaciones técnicas; liderar y orientar el proceso de construcción y revisar documentación técnica necesaria. En cuanto a tareas de campo se realizaron actividades de revisión, supervisión, control y seguimiento a las obras que se están realizando en la empresa. Para concluir esta argumentación se puede decir que en las actividades realizadas se puso en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera de ingeniería civil, se aclararon conceptos dudosos y se aprendieron nuevas tendencias en los procesos constructivos, además se obtuvo la pericia de afrontar nuevos retos lo cual permitió la ampliación del horizonte profesional. No solamente se avanzó en la experiencia técnica sino también adquirir valores y principios éticos como la responsabilidad, dedicación, puntualidad, trabajo interdisciplinario, cumpliendo con la noble misión que tiene el ingeniero civil de proyectarse hacia la comunidad la cual es la de velar por el mejoramiento e incremento de la calidad de vida de la sociedad.

    La Corporación Autónoma Regional para la Defensa de la Meseta de Bucaramanga CDMB es un ente corporativo de carácter público, encargada la ejecución de las políticas, planes, programas y proyectos en materia de ambiente, recursos naturales renovables y cambio climático. El papel cumplido como practicante por la estudiante Silvia Nathalia Poveda Avendaño fue el apoyo en la Subdirección de Gestión del Riesgo Y Seguridad Territorial SURYT en donde se desarrolló gran variedad de actividades en el periodo comprendido entre el 1 agosto del 2018 al 20 de noviembre 2018, en las cuales pude desempeñar distintos roles que me sirvieron como experiencia en mi futuro como Ingeniería Civil; El desarrollo de la práctica empresarial se basó en actividades de campo y administrativas correspondientes a los proyectos en ejecución en la entidad (Análisis, Clasificación, Control y Reducción en eventos de erosión, remoción en masa, e inundación en el área de jurisdicción; y Adecuación Mejoramiento Reforzamiento y Modernización Del Laboratorio De Agua Aire Y Suelo De La CDMB) tales como se evidencia en la metodología del presente. Esta oportunidad de realizar la Práctica Empresarial en donde se puso en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante el proceso académico, es una gran opción para lograr adquirir experiencia en los diferentes campos de la Ingeniería Civil y aprender todo acerca de la realidad Profesional, para así poder aplicarlo en el diario vivir, además es importante mencionar que no solo se adquieren conocimientos en el ámbito laboral, sino que también se aprenden Valores, creando así una mejora en la calidad humana de cada profesional teniendo en cuenta la comunicación constaste con la comunidades en zonas vulnerables del área de jurisdicción.

    This document is the result of four months and ten days of degree work, describes the activities carried out in the business practice by the student of civil engineering Luis Carlos Quintero Acosta in the construction company ARARAT S.A.S with functions of auxiliary in civil engineering, fulfilling responsibilities of technical support in the front of work and administrative in the office in the projects AURORA 32 and ARARAT in the city of Bucaramanga. It is very important to emphasize that office work. It was carried out within the harmony and collaboration of the administrative and professional staff, which allowed activities to be carried out that left in the past and added value in terms of practice and experience. For the ARARAT building, minutes of works were made, elaboration of weekly progress reports. For the project of the building AURORA 32, tasks were carried out of cutting of work, reports of quantities of work, review of plans, matrices of occupational risks. In terms of tasks, activities of review, supervision, control and monitoring were carried out in the construction of the AURORA 32 building and to provide follow-up in the finishing part of the ARARAT project. Ocular inspections were carried out to solve various problems arising during the construction of the work in neighboring buildings. The result of the passion can be said that the tasks were achieved in the knowledge acquired in the university cycle, the concepts were reaffirmed and greater learning was obtained at the time of having new work experiences that served as a starting point in the good performance in the productive sector.

    Práctica empresarial en calidad de auxiliar de ingeniería civil en la empresa DIATECO S.A.S. con responsabilidades técnicas y administrativas en la construcción del colegio Facundo Navas Mantilla en Girón-Santander

    En el presente proyecto de grado basado en la práctica empresarial apoyando a la empresa DIATECO S.A.S, en la construcción y adecuación del colegio Facundo Navas Mantilla; barrió la Esmeralda en el municipio de Girón-Santander, se da a conocer las actividades desarrolladas por el practicante donde se reforzó los conocimientos adquiridos en la Universidad y la consolidación de las habilidades y las destrezas que permiten una mejor competencia en el desempeño de la Ingeniería Civil. Esto se logró ejecutando todos los métodos técnicos del proceso constructivo, verificando el cabal cumplimiento con lo estipulado en las especificaciones y normas vigentes. Cabe resaltar que fue necesario investigar la norma NTC-4595 (segunda actualización) que trata sobre la ingeniería civil y arquitectura en diseño de instalaciones y ambientes escolares, y la NSR-10 que trata sobre la reglamentación para regular las condiciones con la cual se debe construir edificaciones. Dentro de las labores realizadas en la pasantía se destacan lo siguiente: colaborar en el diagnóstico del estado de la estructura, instalaciones y aparatos existentes de dos bloques, ya que la obra se encontraba abandonada desde hace diez años aproximadamente. En los otros dos bloques se realizara la construcción de un bloque de dos plantas y el otro de cuatro plantas donde se ejecutó la supervisión y control de los siguientes ítems: Construcción del encerramiento; retiro de material orgánico; localización y replanteo; excavaciones para la cimentación; estructura en concreto.

    Este documento es el resultado de cuatro meses y quince días de trabajo de grado, describe las actividades ejecutadas en la práctica empresarial por parte del estudiante de ingeniería civil Yussef Elain Agredo Carvajalino en la Alcaldía Municipal de San Alberto Cesar Como Ingeniero Auxiliar de Secretaria de Planeación Municipal. La actividad principal del practicante consiste en el apoyo técnico, obras y administrativo en los diferentes proyectos que se ejecutaran y se encontraran en marcha por la administración municipal. El desarrollo primordial de la práctica empresarial está basada en la ejecución de actividades administrativas tales como apoyar a la elaboración de proyectos para el desarrollo del municipio brindando ayuda en las cantidades de obra, análisis de precios unitarios, presupuestos y especificaciones técnicas; liderar y orientar el proceso de planificación del municipio San Alberto – Cesar; revisar documentación técnica necesaria. En cuanto a tareas de campo se realizaron actividades de revisión, supervisión, control y seguimiento a las obras que se están realizando en el municipio para beneficio de la comunidad; realizar inspecciones oculares para dar solución a diversos problemas como conflictos por linderos, invasión de espacio público entre otros. Para concluir esta argumentación se puede decir que en las actividades realizadas se puso en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera de ingeniería civil, se aclararon conceptos dudosos y se aprendieron nuevos.

    Práctica empresarial en el Batallón de Ingenieros N° 5 - Coronel Francisco José de Caldas apoyando proyectos de obras de ingeniería civil

    En el presente trabajo se especificará las labores, además del aprendizaje adquirido en la práctica empresarial llevada a cabo por la estudiante de ingeniería civil MAYRA ALEJANDRA CARREÑO HERNÁNDEZ en El Batallón De Ingenieros N°5 - Coronel Francisco José De Caldas la cual tiene por objeto social apoyar con mano de obra a construcciones que se realicen en la comunidad civil, presupuestos y ejecución de obras en las instalaciones del batallón e informes y visitas a campo dirigidas al área de ingeniería civil. El desarrollo de la práctica empresarial se basó en actividades tales como la verificación de información preliminar de proyectos, planos, presupuestos, registros fotográficos e informes. Como actividades administrativas apoyar a la elaboración de informes de visitas técnicas, apoyo a la elaboración de las cantidades de obra, presupuestos y especificaciones técnicas; liderar y orientar el proceso de construcción. En cuanto a tareas de campo se realizaron actividades de revisión, supervisión, control y seguimiento a las obras que se ejecutaron como lo fue la capilla del Batallón Galán. Para finiquitar se puede decir que en la práctica empresarial se corroboraron los conocimientos adquiridos durante la formación academia, se complementaron técnicas y se fortalecieron nuevas tendencias y procesos constructivos, por otro lado se vio la importancia de las relaciones interpersonales con el personal de oficina y obra donde se pudo experimentar la responsabilidad y otros valores como dedicación, puntualidad y principios éticos además, del gran papel de liderazgo el cual se caracteriza un ingeniero civil al brindar a la comunidad su conocimiento para mejorar e incrementar la calidad de vida en una sociedad.

    The purpose of this work is to show the development of the business practice of the Civil Engineering student Diego Fernando Carrillo Palencia at GECCON S.A.S. which is based on the learning process applying the scientific, technological, human and social technical concepts acquired at the University of Santander, it is also an adequate space to acquire new knowledge with more professionals who have a long career in the theoretical-practical foundations. The main focus of the practice was developed in the different functions that were carried out, such as the revision of plans, the calculation of work quantities, the elaboration of formats for the control, verification and analysis of results of resistance to compression and flexion. support for the preparation of partial court records for work performed. In the field, activities such as work supervision, control and organization of personnel were carried out for the good development of the fire station construction located in the municipality of Girón - Santander. The different activities carried out during the project were conducive to learn to analyze the administrative and operational activities complying with the specifications and regulations in force to relate to the business environment and improve the skills where I interact with the administrative staff especially with the construction staff and learned to manage the same construction staff; In the same way, it was possible to experience the effort, dedication and responsibility that comes with being part of the work team so that the work will work in the most optimal way, and also know what it is to have a work in charge. That is of service to the community.

    Supervisión control y diseño técnico de obras de Ingeniería civil ejecutadas por la constructora Moreno Medina S.A.S. en el municipio de Cimitarra Santander.

    Este documento demuestra el resultado de una etapa laboral que se denomina práctica profesional en la cual se detallan las participaciones donde el señor Jonatan Cruz Bernal, tuvo como practicante de ingeniería civil en la empresa Constructora Moreno Medina S.A.S. ubicada en el municipio de Cimitarra Santander, en la cual lleva la dirección de proyectos de obra civil, en cuanto a sistemas de acueductos, alcantarillados, servicios de supervisión e interventoría y desarrollo de edificaciones en el municipio y a sus alrededores. El objetivo principal de la práctica consistió en el apoyo técnico y de control en las diferentes actividades que se desarrollan en la obra de una edificación para uso comercial y ocupacional tipo hotel, donde se generaban labores de figurado de hierro, amarre de hierro, vaciado de concreto, la generación de cantidades de obra y la supervisión del personal, además de las obras adyacentes de remodelación y ampliación de una vivienda campestre, la propuesta de diseños arquitectónicos en edificaciones, levantamientos de topografía, el replanteo de planos topográficos y el diseño estructural de cimentaciones para una planta de extracción de aceite de palma. La implementación de nuevos materiales en el desarrollo de procesos constructivos como la fibra sintética para el refuerzo del concreto en losas generan innovación y permiten dar esa variación para el destino de los materiales en la terminación de los diseños que reflejan un rendimiento y una disminución en los presupuestos de obra. Del mismo modo el desarrollo de diseños con herramientas BIM tuvieron el fin de apoyar la formulación de proyectos de tal manera que las propuestas presentadas fueran agradables visualmente y que de alguna forma pudieran generar tranquilidad en el beneficiario sobre la explicación de los proyectos

    Supervisión de Procesos de Peritazgos a las Propiedades Horizontales y Procesos de Obra en la Empresa Edifiquemos Ingenieros S.A.S.

    El presente trabajo de grado describe el proceso de una práctica empresarial el cual se realizó en la empresa Edifiquemos Ingenieros S.A.S, en la cual algunas de las actividades ejecutadas son la interpretación de planos aprobados por curaduría versus lo construido, inspecciones técnicas de fallas estructurales, ejecución y análisis de presupuestos generales para el mantenimiento y restauración de las zonas comunes y realización de informes técnicos en ingeniería. Durante la realización de la práctica se pudo evidenciar en los recorridos técnicos, que todos los proyectos analizados siempre cuentan con falencias en los planos y fallas estructurales, los problemas más comunes se derivan en cambios de ubicación de los planos aprobados, cambios de las distribuciones de las redes hidráulicas y eléctricas, humedades en las fachadas exteriores y dilataciones en el pavimento rígido a causa de las altas temperaturas, asentamientos y sismos, todas las fallas encontradas son valoradas económicamente y se realiza una cotización para las administraciones, que son las que deciden su mantenimiento. Como última parte del trabajo de grado, se realizó un aporte a la empresa Edifiquemos Ingenieros S.A.S el cual ayudará a realizar actividades constructivas de una manera específica delegando encargados de su revisión y que garantice con la normatividad, cuenta con unos formatos en Excel que facilitaran a las personas delegadas de ejecutar el proceso constructivo.
