    In the Courthouse of Valledupar is the judicial office that is divided into two areas, the distribution area whose main function is to receive all kinds of legal processes among which are, the filing of guardianships, cover letters and habeas corpus On the other hand there is the area of titles whose primary function is to handle the judicial deposits of each office. This report of business practices explains the process of registration and updating of judicial titles that is carried out in the area of titles within the judicial office of the courthouse of Valledupar, in this registration process a series of steps must be carried out which must be fully fulfilled in order to establish the respective balance sheet, this must be verified to carry out the pre-conciliations. In order to make the bank reconciliations, the updated values must be registered correctly in an Excel format and a final verification of the data is carried out and the process is concluded. University business practices represent a key factor for the formation of new professionals that companies require in this very competitive market today. Students in the development of their knowledge and skills acquired during the process of business practices which provide experience in the workplace allowing the student to become familiar with the discipline and pace of work within an organization.
