Likewise, the present study contributes to the University of Santander, a vision of the user or patient as an integral person, where it is important that the nursing staff understand the factors that surround the individual being the psychological component one of the most important and which is strongly related to physical health as well as the behavioral aspect of people, providing inherent knowledge of human health such as mental health and in relation to the problem highlight that the nursing staff not only provides assistance to the disease but also to the person, therefore it is important to know the emotional characteristics that the disease brings and how it influences both the medical aspects and the patient's personal life.
