    This book aims to show the different activities carried out by civil engineering student EDGAR MAURICIO PÉREZ BOHÓRQUEZ during the development of his business practice in the GENERAL FISCALY OF THE NATION, evidencing the knowledge acquired in technical-administrative issues such as they are the supervision of works, preparation of studies, specifications, budgets and designs. During his stay in the entity, the intern supported the functions of the office of administration of headquarters of the northeast regional, developing activities of administrative management, such as, control of binnacles of works, design of adjustments in facilities of Bucaramanga headquarters bunker, planning of fronts of work, implementation of quality policies, creation of budgets and technical specifications of contracts. On the other hand, field work was carried out, directly related to the supervision, monitoring and control of works, in addition to the management of maintenance personnel of the Office of the Prosecutor. In addition to the technical and administrative issues developed by the student, the practice contributed to his professional training by clarifying doubts, acquiring knowledge, developing experience and skill when carrying out new projects, in which knowledge is required to be put into practice. Obtained throughout the race. On the other hand, values and ethical principles were put into practice, which serve as a basis to complement the student's integral growth, such as punctuality, service, responsibility and honesty; which should stand out in a civil engineer.

    During the period of business practice, as a civil engineering assistant in SANTANDEREANA DE CONSTRUCCIONES and JRB MAQUINARIA Y CONSTRUCCIONES, at the beginning of the internship it consisted of the support for the preparation of quotations for the adaptation and removal of sanitary batteries and cafeterias for a building of 17 floors taking into account the floors 3,5,15,16,17 where it was possible to consolidate the knowledge in the materials and update their prices, labor, equipment and tools; Another interesting activity was the monitoring and control of the machinery through the localized s.a.s program that is managed through a satellite system The accompaniment and supervision of the works was also carried out by the COLOMBIAN INSTITUTE OF FAMILY WELFARE (ICBF) in Girón Santander, collaborating in the preparation of the certificate of final receipt of the work; The same as review of plans, budgets and work quantities of Villa Edy urbanization; Manifesting that in each of the tasks it was necessary to generate possible solutions to various mishaps that occurred, as well as to reinforce in practical form the concepts acquired throughout the academic process. If we take into account that the business practice aims to create a primary workplace not only in the technical field but also in the personal field, it was necessary to highlight the ratification of the ethical values acquired in the family and academic environment, highlighting among other principles the social commitment , punctuality, consecration, study and research that an engineer must possess; In conclusion in this internship, there was the opportunity to consolidate theoretical knowledge applied to practice.

    This project is based on a need that in the general terms has become the professional practice that you have been acquired throughout the professional career as a Civil Engineer from the University of Santander - UDES-. In this case, through technical-administrative activities carried out in the company TELLEZ PROYECTOS SAS, different teachings will be applied in an excellent result, where it will be seen in a great work by the practice and in the number of new knowledge. It´s mentioned as a practitioner to expand the academic, practical and attitudinal spectrum. Everything revolves around the activities together with the company TELLEZ PROYECTOS SAS, the part of the company TERPEL, which was the contractor for the realization of the different activities such as the removal of the existing waterproofing in the cover plate, the supply and the installation of the ceiling in the sheet of plaster of 10 mm, the supply and installation of the waterproofed plate for the slopes and construction. In the TERPEL stations of Bucaramanga and Girón in the department of Santander, the latter in the sector known as Chimitá. In these facilities, the same faults have been presented in which an intervention by a maintenance company in the civil area is required for the present project of the registered company TELLEZ PROYECTOS S.A.S. In the activities in the mention, along with the other people that are exposed later, the practice, the function as the Civil Engineer, the supervision of the described activities and the place of work.
