The present work is carried out with the purpose of establishing a technological tool that facilitates the adequate management of the livestock inventories of the Guatiguara, Fortuna and Ciruelo farms through a database in Access. The proposal will begin by performing a recognition of the procedure manual, verifying each of the processes that are carried out; after reviewing each of these steps, it will be made a diagnosis of the current state of the Guatiguara, Fortuna and Ciruelo farms, where the critical problems and strategies for improving the control of inventories in each of the farms will be determined. This will allow them to be used in the operation of inventory control, as well as letting real and effective information to be provided so that the accounting balances of the inventories can be reconciled with the physical balances of the farms. In the same way, once the information of each farm is obtained, recommendations will be presented in order to allow an adequate management of the functions carried out by each one of those who are responsible in La Fortuna, Ciruelo and Guatiguara farms. This paper includes items on births, transfers, sales and death of the livestock that each farm handles and that will be taken into account in the design of a database made in Access and formats that will allow an adequate control of the system of inventories. This database in ACCES will allow us through a pilot test to demonstrate the operation and to be able to generate the different reports in the update of the database. Quantity of Sementes each farm counts per species and stage Transfers from one farm to another Births by species on each farm Subsequently, the procedures and actions for improvements that will be used for the operation of a real and effective inventory will be determined.
