The intervention from the phonoaudiological field in the blind population is limited, there are few studies that reflect investigative action on the evaluation and diagnosis of the aforementioned population, for this reason, the main purpose of this research is to adapt and validate by experts in TELEF test, to have a language assessment tool in children with visual impairment. Additionally, the present study was divided into four phases, where it was decided to propose the adaptations of the TELOC battery, based on the previously performed bibliographic review, as a second phase, the validation was carried out by the expert tiflologists, to adapt the test appropriately. , in order to give way to the third phase, to which the application of the battery was made to a total sample of 6 children, who also participated in the fourth and final phase, which consists of performing facial validation, by part of the evaluated participants. In terms of the design, a finding that was obtained during the investigation was that tactile, olfactory and auditory products with a lot of richness in terms of quality and number of stimuli are required to achieve positive results in the population with visual impairment. That is to say, the absence of the vision complicates its other senses in such a way that it is necessary to construct constructs that stimulate their responses, it is also added that the slogans referring to the meta phonological and meta semantic components are the ones that present the greatest perturbation regarding the general development of the language.
