This document is the result of four months and ten days of degree work, describes the activities carried out in the business practice by the student of civil engineering Luis Carlos Quintero Acosta in the construction company ARARAT S.A.S with functions of auxiliary in civil engineering, fulfilling responsibilities of technical support in the front of work and administrative in the office in the projects AURORA 32 and ARARAT in the city of Bucaramanga. It is very important to emphasize that office work. It was carried out within the harmony and collaboration of the administrative and professional staff, which allowed activities to be carried out that left in the past and added value in terms of practice and experience. For the ARARAT building, minutes of works were made, elaboration of weekly progress reports. For the project of the building AURORA 32, tasks were carried out of cutting of work, reports of quantities of work, review of plans, matrices of occupational risks. In terms of tasks, activities of review, supervision, control and monitoring were carried out in the construction of the AURORA 32 building and to provide follow-up in the finishing part of the ARARAT project. Ocular inspections were carried out to solve various problems arising during the construction of the work in neighboring buildings. The result of the passion can be said that the tasks were achieved in the knowledge acquired in the university cycle, the concepts were reaffirmed and greater learning was obtained at the time of having new work experiences that served as a starting point in the good performance in the productive sector.

Este documento es el resultado de cuatro meses y diez días de trabajo de grado, describe las actividades ejecutadas en la práctica empresarial por parte del estudiante de ingeniería civil Luis Carlos Quintero Acosta en la constructora ARARAT S.A.S con funciones de auxiliar en ingeniería civil, cumpliendo responsabilidades de apoyo técnico en el frente de trabajo y administrativo en la oficina en los proyectos AURORA 32 y ARARAT en la ciudad de Bucaramanga. Es de gran importancia resaltar que el trabajo de oficina. se efectuó dentro de un de armonía y colaboración del personal administrativo y profesional, lo cual permitió que se llevaran a cabo actividades que dejaron en el pasante un valor agregado en cuanto a practica y experiencia. Para el edificio ARARAT se hicieron actas de cortes de obra, elaboración de informes de avance de obra semanales. Para el proyecto del edificio AURORA 32, se efectuaron tareas Actas de corte de obra, informes de cantidades de obra, revisión de planos, matrices de riesgos laborales. En cuanto a tareas de campo se realizaron actividades de revisión, supervisión, control y seguimiento en la construcción del edificio AURORA 32 y brindar seguimiento en la parte de acabados del proyecto ARARAT. Se realizaron inspecciones oculares para dar solución a diversos problemas surgidos en el transcurso de la construcción de la obra en edificaciones vecinas .Como resultado de la pasantía se puede decir que en las tareas realizadas se aplicaron los conocimientos adquiridos en el ciclo universitario, se reafirmaron los conceptos y se obtuvo un mayor aprendizaje al momento de tener nuevas experiencias laborales que servirán de partida en el buen desempeño en el sector productivo.
