In this document will specify both activities and work, as well as learning that was obtained in business practice, this was carried out by the civil engineering intern Rolando José Rois Mendoza in the company Consorcio Valco Construca in the work Aqua Tower which is a company in charge of studies, designs, constructions and interventions.Taking into account the objectives set before starting the internship, the business tutor must assign activities to the intern and proposals of the student to identify the shortcomings of the project. The development of business practice contributed to activities such as verification and review of studies, records and technical specifications, it also helped to provide support in the unit price analysis and budgets, in terms of field tasks were carried out activities such as supervision, control and follow-ups of the work AQUA TOWER, to conclude this argument it can be concluded that the activities carried out or that are being carried out in this practice have put to the test the knowledge acquired during the career of civil engineering. Great learning was also obtained at the time of leaving the field where they also generated a series of doubts, where the intern as he was developing work practice was finding solutions, the most important thing that was obtained in this internship is the periphery of facing new challenges which allowed a great development in terms of professional knowledge where the intern gained ethical-professional knowledge acquiring new experiences, dedication, responsibility and above all teamwork, thus fulfilling its mission during the development of this work projecting towards the community.
Resumen en español
En el presente escrito se especificarán tanto las actividades y labores, como también el aprendizaje que se obtuvo en la práctica empresarial, esta fue llevada a cabo por el pasante de ingeniería civil Rolando José Rois Mendoza en la empresa Consorcio Valco Construca en la obra Aqua Tower la cual es una empresa encargada de estudios, diseños, construcciones e interventorías.Teniendo en cuenta los objetivos planteados antes de dar inicio a la pasantía, el tutor empresarial procede asignar actividades al pasante y propuestas del estudiante al identificar las falencias del proyecto. El desarrollo de la práctica empresarial contribuyo en actividades como verificación y revisión de estudios, registros y especificaciones técnicas, también se contribuyó a dar apoyo en el análisis de precio unitario y presupuestos, en cuanto a tareas de campo se realizaron actividades como supervisión, control y seguimientos de la obra AQUA TOWER, para finalizar esta argumentación se puede concluir que las actividades realizadas o que se están realizando en esta práctica se han puesto a prueba los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera de ingeniería civil. También se obtuvo gran aprendizaje al momento de salir al campo laboral donde también se generaron unas series de dudas , donde el pasante a medida que fue desarrollando la practica laboral iba encontrando soluciones, lo más importante que se obtuvo en esta pasantía es la periferia de afrontar nuevos retos lo cual permitió un gran desarrollo en cuanto a el conocimiento profesional donde el pasante obtuvo conocimientos ético-profesional adquiriendo nuevas experiencias, dedicación, responsabilidad y sobre todo trabajo en equipo, cumpliendo así con su misión durante el desarrollo de esta obra proyectándose hacia la comunidad.
