El objetivo de este estudio es identificar las condiciones de Salud Mental (SM) en las Mujeres Afrodescendientes Víctimas del Conflicto Armado Colombiano (MAVCAC), según el impacto que ha tenido el conflicto armado sobre la población colombiana de modo significativo, no solo desde el bienestar físico, sino, además ha afectado directamente el bienestar psicológico de todo aquel que lo ha vivenciado y ha deteriorado la SM de la población civil. Ahora bien, es relevante mencionar que la población afectada para este caso resulta ser la que respecta al sexo femenino, según se evidencia en el Registro Único de Victimas (RUV). De modo que se seleccionó una muestra de 136 mujeres entre los habitantes del corregimiento de Guacoche, jurisdicción de Valledupar. Se trata de un estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo y analítico donde se seleccionará una muestra de la base de datos suministrada por la unidad de Victimas del Cesar según datos de la Alcaldía de Valledupar. En los resultados obtenidos de la aplicación del cuestionario en las 136 MAVCAC dejó como resultado según las categorías de estado civil, que las viudas y las separadas son el grupo poblacional con mayor porcentaje que presento algún riesgo asociado a afectación en SM; como lo es angustia psicológica significativa. Asimismo las adultas mayores fueron los grupos poblacionales según la edad, donde se presentaron los mayores porcentajes con Angustia psicológica significativa y donde fueron las víctimas directas.

The objective of this study is to identify mental health conditions in Afro-descendant women victims of the armed conflict, according to the impact that the armed conflict has had on the Colombian population in a significant way, not only from physical well-being, but also has affected directly the psychological well-being of everyone who has experienced it and has deteriorated the mental health of the civilian population. Now, it is relevant to mention that the affected population for this case turns out to be the one that respects the female sex, as evidenced by the Unique Victim Registry (RUV). So, a sample of 136 women was selected among the inhabitants of the corregimiento of Guacoche, jurisdiction of Valledupar. It is a quantitative, descriptive and analytical study where a sample of the database provided by the Victims of Cesar unit will be selected according to data from the Mayor's Office of Valledupar. In the results obtained from the application of the questionnaire in the 136 afrodescendant women victims of the armed conflict left as a result according to the categories of marital status, widows and separated are the population group with the highest percentage that presented some risk associated with health impairment mental; as is significant psychological distress. Likewise, the older adults were the population groups according to age, where the highest percentages were presented with significant psychological distress and where the direct victims were.
