En este documento se evidencian las diferentes actividades que se desarrollaron en el tiempo desde el día 7 de Marzo del 2022 hasta el día 14 de Junio de 2022, durante el cual se intervino en temas de infraestructura, administración, licitación y control, dentro de las cuales se encuentran actividades como cálculo de cantidades de obra que durante este tiempo se realizó el cálculo de cantidades a 4 proyectos desde el costo de los materiales hasta la cantidad de mano de obra necesaria y su respectivo precio, algunos APU’S de los proyectos en los que se calcularon cantidades de obra también se pedían, por tanto, con el apoyo del ingeniero residente se calculaban y revisaban con la gerencia y el director de proyectos. Como aportes importantes a la empresa, en la gestión de proyectos se diseñaron 2 documentos editables y un archivo con la herramienta Microsoft Project para realizar el seguimiento diario y semanal del avance del proyecto. Para el SGC, en la empresa se realizó una matriz de control de documentos para su correcto control y poder tener acceso rápido y efectivo al documento que se necesite, también se comenzó a codificar cada uno de los formatos, manuales, procedimientos, programas, planes, instructivos, registro fotográfico, archivos digitales, gráficos y videos. Para las licitar se creó una matriz de licitaciones para que fuera más fácil a la gerencia y dirección de proyectos analizar e identificar cuales proyectos se acoplaban mejor a las características y el portafolio de servicios de la empresa.

This document shows the different activities that were carried out over time from March 7, 2022 to June 14, 2022, during which infrastructure, administration, bidding and control issues were intervened, within the which are activities such as calculation of quantities of work that during this time the calculation of quantities was made to 4 projects from the cost of materials to the amount of labor necessary and its respective price, some APU'S of the projects in which Work quantities were calculated and requested, therefore, with the support of the resident engineer, they were calculated and reviewed with the management and the project director. As important contributions to the company, in project management, 2 editable documents and a file with the Microsoft Project tool were designed to carry out daily and weekly monitoring of the progress of the project. For the SGC, a document control matrix was made in the company for its correct control and to be able to have quick and effective access to the document that is needed, it also began to codify each of the formats, manuals, procedures, programs, plans, instructions, photographic record, digital files, graphics, and videos. For the bidding, a bidding matrix was created to make it easier for management and project management to analyze and identify which projects best matched the company's characteristics and service portfolio.
