dc.description.abstract	This document is the result of four months of graduate work, describe the activities executed in business practice by the student freddy andres baron caceres in the goverment of santander as an assintant engineer of the transport secretary and municipal infrastrucure. the principal activity of the practicing consist in the tecnical and administrative support in the different projects of the municipalities that the government present, which some are in progress and others will be executed afterward. the primordial development of the business practice is based on the implementation of administrative activities such as supporting the formulation of projects which bring help in the executive guides with the development of the municipality; calculation of work quantities, analysis of unit prices, budgets and technical specifications, assistance to the technical committees where initiatives are issued on planning processes santander's depatament, with the satisfaction that the majority of the opinios were accepted by profesionals. to conclude, it can be argued that in the activities carried out, the knowledge acquired during the civil engineering career was put in practice, different connects were clarified, news learned, enriched by experience, the concept part with a view to a better performance in the realization of work in the exercise of the profession, within a framework of values and principles, personal and business. it has the satisfaction of contributing to the solution of the different needs of the municipalities to improve levels of life. in conclusion, this argumentation can say that in the activities performed put in practice the knowledges acquired durind the civil engineerin career, the doubt concepts got understood and the new ones got learned satisfactorily.	eng
dc.description.abstract	Este documento es el resultado de cuatro meses de trabajo de grado, describe las actividades ejecutadas en la práctica empresarial por parte del estudiante de ingeniería civil Freddy Andrés Baron caceres en la Gobernación de Santander como ingeniero auxiliar de Secretaria de Transporte e Infraestructura Departamental. La actividad principal del practicante consiste en el apoyo técnico y administrativo en los diferentes proyectos de los municipios que presentan a la Gobernación los cuales algunos se encuentran en marcha y otros se ejecutaran posteriormente. El desarrollo primordial de la práctica empresarial está basada en la ejecución de actividades administrativas tales como apoyar en la formulación de proyectos que con lleven al desarrollo del municipio brindando ayuda en las guías ejecutivas, cálculo de cantidades de obra, análisis de precios unitarios, presupuestos y especificaciones técnicas; asistencia a los comités técnicos donde se emitían iniciativas sobre los procesos de planificación del departamento de Santander, con la satisfacción de que la mayoría de las opiniones fueron acogidas por el grupo de profesionales. Para concluir se puede argumentar que en las actividades realizadas se puso en práctica los conocimientos adquiridos durante la carrera de ingeniería civil, se aclararon conceptos dudosos, se aprendieron nuevos, se enriqueció mediante la experiencia la parte conceptual con miras a un mejor desempeño en la realización de trabajos en el ejercicio de la profesión, dentro de un marco de valores y principios, personales y empresariales. Se tiene la satisfacción de contribuir a la solución de las diferentes necesidades de los municipios para mejorar sus niveles de vida.	spa
