El presente documento tiene por objetivo exponer el seguimiento y control de la supervisión de obra del proyecto: Optimización sistema de alcantarillado barrio Álvarez etapa 1, sistema Quebrada la Rosita, municipio de Bucaramanga. Dicha inspección se realizó durante el tiempo de la práctica empresarial ejecutada en la constructora, BriconsaS.A.S Construcciones y Consultorías. La obra que se ejecutó, tenía como objetivo la optimización del sistema de alcantarillado del barrio Álvarez, un sector ubicado en la comuna 13 oriental de Bucaramanga. Puesto que la infraestructura existente no contaba con las características y condiciones mínimas para cubrir el transporte de aguas residuales y de escorrentía de la zona, provocando la propagación de malos olores que expide el alcantarillado. La reposición de tubería principal, la adecuación de redes domiciliarias, la construcción de nuevos pozos y la optimización de los sumideros existentes, fueron las obras principales que se ejecutaron en el mencionado proyecto, durante un plazo máximo de seis meses. El Supervisor de obra se encargó principalmente de inspeccionarlas excavaciones e instalación de toda la tubería en general, llevando un control de calidad de los procesos constructivos realizados por los trabajadores, con el fin de cumplir con los planos, especificaciones técnicas del diseñador y normas aplicables al presente proyecto.

The objective of this document is to describethe monitoring and supervision of the constructionof the project: Optimization of the Álvarez neighborhood sewage system stage 1, La Rosita brook, municipality of Bucaramanga. Thisinspection was carried out during the time of anintership in the construction company, BriconsaS.A.S. Construcciones y Consultorías.The construction had the objectiveto perform maintenance andto optimizeactivities forthe sewage system of the Álvarez neighborhood, asector located in the eastern commune 13 of Bucaramanga. This, becausethe existing infrastructure did not have the necessary characteristics and conditions to transportwastewater and runoff from the área wich causedthe spread of unpleasant odors which bothered the community.The replacement of the main pipe, the adaptation of household networks, the construction of new wells and the optimization of existing drains, were the main constructionsin this project, during a maximum period of sixmonths. The Construction Supervisor was mainly in charge of inspection the construction processes of the installation of all the pipes in general, he carried out the control and monitoring of the correct execution of the activities, enforcing the regulations applicable to thistype of work under construction.
