- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoCapacidad instalada de la ese hus para formación de talento humano en salud–programas en convenio con la Universidad de Santander - UDES 2019(Bucaramanga : Universidad de Santander, 2019, 2019-11-29)El convenio docencia servicio entre Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) y escenarios de práctica (IPS) constituye un elemento fundamental para la formación de talento humano calificado; sin embargo, se deben tener en cuenta criterios claros para la asignación de cupos según la capacidad instalada de la institución. El objetivo fue revisar los lineamientos actuales para asignación de cupos para la formación de talento humano en salud y comparar con los de la ESE HUS para programas de pregrado de la Universidad de Santander (UDES). Se trata de una monografía tipo análisis de experiencias basada en una síntesis e integración de artículos y trabajos de grado sobre asignación de cupos para la formación de talento humano en instituciones de salud disponibles, en Google académico, LILACS, BVS, Science Direct; sin restricción de fecha. La literatura describe que las principales variables a tener en cuenta para la asignación de cupos para la formación de talento humano son: el número de alumnos por cama habilitada, el número de consultas, el número de alumnos por docente, los procedimientos quirúrgicos realizados y el promedio de estancia hospitalaria anual. La ESE HUS cuenta con 111 servicios habilitados y 425 camas disponibles. La UDES tiene actualmente rotando 71 estudiantes y 106 en total al semestre; sin embargo, por lineamientos podría haber 123 estudiantes; por tanto, estarían disponibles 56 cupos adicionales. Adicionalmente, en convenios con la ESE HUS, 119 estudiantes rotan actualmente y 726 en total al semestre; aun así, la capacidad de aceptación de cupos en servicios asistenciales es de 580 y aproximadamente 3.480 estudiantes al semestre. Dentro de los parámetros internacionales para dicha asignación, se encuentran los mencionados previamente.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoConsultoría integral para la creación de una institución prestadora de servicios de salud especializada en enfermedades alérgicas y respiratorias partiendo de un consultorio particular(Bucaramanga : Universidad de Santander, 2019, 2019-11-29)En Bucaramanga, Santander, se han aumentado las enfermedades alérgicas (Infecciones o enfermedades respiratorias) consecuencia del cambio climático de la región. En el 2017 se presentaron 6200 casos de dichas enfermedades, afectando a la población infantil niños de 5 años y adultos mayores, según las estadísticas para febrero se registraron 3.500 y 4.000 casos. Es por esto que la ausencia de IPS especialistas en alergología ha afectado a la mayoría de la población en Santander, son muy pocos los médicos especialistas que tienen su consultorio privado y de esta manera no pueden ofrecer un amplio portafolio de servicios a la comunidad en general. Por otra parte, para la habilitación de una IPS, según la Resolución 2003 de 2014, se deben ejecutar ciertos requisitos para la creación de una Institución Prestadora de Servicios de Salud y así asegurar una atención segura, eficaz y al mismo tiempo minimizar riesgos de seguridad del paciente. La consultoría analiza cada uno de los aspectos más relevantes a tener en cuenta por los gestores de una IPS, entre ellos podemos encontrar mercadeo en salud, planeación estratégica, sistemas de calidad, estructura orgánica, gerencia de la información, constitución legal, entre otras. En el desarrollo de cada uno de los temas se utilizó un lenguaje claro y de fácil comprensión, se identificaron temas importantes basados en la evidencia clínica, se revisó la infraestructura y cada una de las guías, procesos y protocolos. La Institución cuenta con dos consultorios para atención de pacientes y un consultorio de procedimientos, así mismo se cuenta con personal altamente capacitado para cumplir cada una de las funciones asignadas.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoDiseño de una propuesta de mejora para la atención integral de víctimas de violencia sexual de los niños, niñas y adolescentes abusados sexualmente que ingresan al Servicio de Urgencias en la Clínica Chicamocha de Bucaramanga en el año 2019.(Bucaramanga : Universidad de Santander, 2019, 2019-11-29)Comprehensive health care for victims of sexual violence is an important challenge for health professionals and institutions. The Ministry of Social Protection in 2000 developed the Abused Minor's Guide that to date is in force, indicate actions that the health sector must take to deal with sexual violence in children. This work focuses on the development of an instrument, proposing a quick care guide for the comprehensive care of victims of sexual violence of sexually abused minors consisting of giving information and resolving doubts. The main objective of this work is to design an instrument to inform the professionals who will be involved in the care. In addition, it is intended to recognize the importance of offering information to professionals contributing to the comprehensive and timely care of the child, improving the quality of service. A descriptive study was carried out, applying a pilot test, where 15 professionals intervened, including doctors and nurses belonging to the Emergency Department La Clinical Chicamocha de Bucaramanga Santander, where the guide was presented. For its evaluation, a survey was carried out on professionals, about the degree of knowledge about the guide to comprehensive care of victims of sexual violence of minors, diagnosing whether accessibility, opportunity, continuity and integrality in the care of this population is being guaranteed. The results were contradictory; I generate results that require the use of an improvement in the design of the route, where there was an intermediate level of knowledge on the part of the professionals about the guide. It is concluded that the study gave a space to recognize the importance of offering assertive information to professionals, allowing the institution to develop didactic strategies to promote the training of professionals in the Emergency Department.
- PublicaciónAcceso abiertoConsultoría para la estructuración y mejora en la implementación del modelo de servicio de trauma, fractura y rehabilitación integral(Bucaramanga : Universidad de Santander, 2019, 2019-11-29)Nonspecific low back pain or non-specific low back pain is defined as the sensation of pain or discomfort located between the lower limit of the ribs and the lower limit of the buttocks, whose intensity varies depending on the postures and physical activity. The knee injuries, the functional stability of the knee is partly due to the normality and congruence of the bone structures, but fundamentally, it is determined by the functional integrity of the four major ligaments: anterior cruciate, posterior cruciate, medial collateral and lateral collateral. Thus, lesions in any of these structures usually cause an alteration or variant of the biomechanical and functional stability of the joint. The fundamental objective of the consultancy is to improve the implementation of the new trauma, orthopedics and rehabilitation care model, with precision, opportunity and commitment in the activities carried out by the suitable personnel, to attend the knee injuries and mechanical low back pain in the Clinic the Riviera. Through this process, the characterization of the service model was carried out, through the PHVA cycle, and in which it was possible to identify the activities of the process, the resources necessary for the execution, the requirements of the organization and those involved in each of the phases of the process. From this, it was possible to determine the elements, aspects to improve, as well as the causes that generate delay in the time of the rehabilitation of the patient. Then, we proceeded to establish the protocols for the two pathologies (mechanical low back pain, knee injuries), an interdisciplinary group (made up of seven professionals in the area of health), functions of each of the members of the interdisciplinary group and management indicators for each procedure within the model.

In Colombia they are under the legal framework established by the general law of archives (Law 594 of July 14, 2000), which covers general rules for their applicability in state public entities; In this context, the FUNKARIB Foundation (Karib Ibita- Way To Intercultural Thought), is a special regime organization whereby as a service provider in indigenous communities of the department of Arauca with the following programs: face-to-face modality in child development in a family environment , own modality, home, psychosocial intervention and support, ethnic territories with well-being, and strengthening of the U'wa indigenous culture requires equally the implementation of statutes organizations in the management of documentary archives that guarantee the order for their manipulation of interest . An important aspect to highlight is the conservation, administration, organization and storage of information, which is the great concern of companies due to its complexity that requires the use and intention of management, through this work the design of Document management for the karit ibita foundation with application for its various services provided to the different indigenous communities of the Department of community and cultural Arauca in the different indigenous communities of the Department of Arauca.
