The project is located in the village of Sardinas - kilometer three (3), which leads to Santacruz de la Colina, municipality of Rionegro, Santander. The community of the area and the schoolchildren population require a sports center that provides a decent space for study, suitable for the practice of sports, recreation, and culture, for this purpose an alternative civil engineering solution was proposed. lead to satisfy the problems that this sector and its surroundings have. The communal action board of the village delivered a topographic map showing an available lot of 3088 M ^ 2, which contains the constructed area of 255 M ^ 2 of the school Pórtico and where the Polifuncional Center will be projected with an approximate area of 273 M ^ 2; In order to know the acceptance of the community on the present project, a survey was applied with the collaboration of the students of the subject Social Consultancy of the Civil Engineering Program of the University of Santander UDES who in turn supported the realization of the Topographic study that will serve as base to project the sports center that will have a micro-soccer, basketball and volleyball court. Technical studies were developed beginning with the analysis of soils to know their characteristics and determine the mechanical behavior as the carrying capacity; an architectural plan was designed that allows us to observe the plant, cuts, facade, roof and details and the Polifuncional Center; Likewise, a hydraulic concrete slab reinforced with electro-welded mesh was designed; structural modeling was carried out under the resistant earthquake norm (NSR-10); Finally, a budget that estimated approximately $ 380,000,000 (three hundred and eighty million pesos) was structured and calculated.

El proyecto se ubica en la vereda Sardinas – kilómetro tres (3) vía que conduce a Santacruz de la Colina, municipio de Rionegro, Santander. La comunidad de la zona y la población escolar infantil requieren de un polideportivo que le brinde un espacio digno para el estudio, adecuado para la práctica del deporte, la recreación, y la cultura, para ello se planteó una alternativa de solución de ingeniería civil que conduzca a satisfacer la problemática que tiene este sector y sus alrededores. La junta acción comunal de la vereda entrego un plano topográfico pudiéndose observar un lote disponible de 3088 M^2, el cual contiene el área construida de 255 M^2 de la escuela el Pórtico y donde se proyectará el Centro Polifuncional con una área aproximada 273 M^2; para conocer la aceptación de la comunidad sobre el presente proyecto se aplicó una encuesta con la colaboración de los estudiantes de la asignatura Consultoría Social del Programa de Ingeniería Civil de la Universidad de Santander UDES quienes a su vez apoyaron la realización del estudio Topográfico que servirá de base para proyectar el Polideportivo que contará con cancha de micro-futbol, básket y voleibol. Se elaboró estudios técnicos comenzando con el análisis de suelos para conocer sus característica y determinar el comportamiento mecánico como la capacidad portante; se diseñó una plano arquitectónico que nos permite observar la planta, cortes, fachada, cubierta y detalles y del Centro Polifuncional; así mismo se diseñó una losa de concreto hidráulico reforzado con malla electrosoldada; se realizó el modelamiento estructural bajo la norma sismo resistente (NSR-10); por último se estructuró y calculó un presupuesto que dio un valor aproximado de $380.000.000 (trecientos ochenta millones de pesos).
