Este trabajo de grado tuvo como fin ampliar los diferentes conocimientos adquiridos en el proceso de pregrado en Ingeniería Civil y así mismo generar un concepto inicial para el estudiante de lo que será su vida laboral. Contiene de manera específica el desarrollo de las actividades que se ejecutaron durante la práctica que se realizó en el proyecto “PRACTICA EMPRESARIAL COMO AUXILIAR DE INGENIERÍA CIVIL EN LA CONSTRUCTORA MÉNSULA INGENIEROS S.A EN EL DESARROLLO DEL PROCESO CONSTRUCTIVO Y DE ACABADOS EN EL PROYECTO URBANÍSTICO BRIZZA “ETAPA I” EN EL MUNICIPIO DE FLORIDABLANCA SANTANDER” Las actividades de obra y procesos constructivos en los que participó el estudiante fueron llevadas a cabos bajo parámetros institucionales de la empresa Ménsula ingenieros S.A y la Universidad de Santander por medio del convenio Interinstitucional. Así mismo se plasma de manera específica las actividades que se desarrollaron durante el tiempo establecido por la universidad y con esto el estudiante pretende finalizar su etapa de pregrado siguiendo lo establecido por la universidad y la legislación colombiana. Gracias a la constructora Ménsula Ingenieros S.A se obtiene la oportunidad de que el practicante se desarrolle y logre cumplir a cabalidad todos los objetivos propuestos y actividades expuestas en el contrato de aprendizaje. Este trabajo sirve como guía de próximas pasantías, en el área de construcción y revisión en el área de acabados que se puedan realizar en futuros convenios.

This work of degree had as end extend the different knowledge acquired in the process of pre degree in Civil Engineering and likewise generate an initial concept for the student of what will be his labor life. It contains in a specific way the development of the activities that were executed during the practice that was realized in the project "MANAGERIAL AS AUXILIARY PRACTICE OF CIVIL ENGINEERING IN THE CONSTRUCTION MENSULA INGENIEROS S.A IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTIVE PROCESS AND OF ENDED IN THE URBAN DEVELOPMENT PROJECT BRIZZA " STAGE I " IN FLORIDABLANCA MUNICIPALITY SANTANDER” The activities of work and constructive processes in which the student took part were taken to ends under institutional parameters of the company Mensula Engineers S.A and the Universidad de Santander by means of the Interinstitutional agreement. Likewise one forms in a specific way the activities that they developed during the time established by the university and with this the student tries to finish his stage of pre degree following the established for the university and the Colombian legislation. Thanks to the construction MENSULA ENGINEERS S.A there is obtained the opportunity of which the student develops and manages to fulfill all the proposed aims and activities exposed in the articles of apprenticeship. This work serves as guide of next internships, in the area of construction and review in plough of ended that could be realized in future agreements.
