The following project was carried out by strengthening the control of growth and development as a process through which a rapid and dynamic evaluation of children in their infancy is carried out, helps the timely attention of the alterations of the growth, also to the accompaniment to the Child during development and growth. Growth and development control is not only based on the care of the sick child but also on the care of the healthy child. Failure to control growth and development can lead to changes in the child's growth and development that may be irreversible and that can be passed on at any time in the child's life, as the Ministry of Health affirms. Presenting diseases that can be prevented and controlled through monitoring and adequate accompaniment of the process of growth and development.

El siguiente proyecto se realizó fortaleciendo el control de crecimiento y desarrollo como un proceso por el medio del cual se hace una evaluación dinámica y rápidamente de los niños en su primera infancia, ayuda a la atención oportuna de las alteraciones del crecimiento, también al acompañamiento al niño durante su desarrollo y crecimiento. El control de crecimiento y desarrollo no solo se basa en la atención del niño enfermo sino también en la atención del niño sano. La inasistencia al control de crecimiento y desarrollo puede llevar a que se detecten alteraciones en el crecimiento y en el desarrollo del niño que pueden ser irreversibles y que pueden repercutir en cualquier momento de su vida así lo afirma el Ministerio de salud1, ya que se pueden presentar enfermedades que se pueden prevenir y controlar a través de la vigilancia y el acompañamiento adecuado del proceso de crecimiento y desarrollo.
