The worldwide problem of plastic waste that is mostly not recycled and generates great environmental pollution and create irreversible damage to flora and fauna, as well as construction from the exploitation of terrestrial minerals and the development of materials such as concrete they pollute the air, the construction grows disproportionately without new alternatives that help in a favorable way to maintain the environment. Therefore, the following research seeks to review the possibility of including an ecological concrete technique which is a vital construction material at a global level. The research consists in adding plastic material as an aggregate in percentages of (10%, 18% and 25%) which after a recycling process ends in the form of a plastic pearl, this will be incorporated into the conventional aggregates of the concrete, generating a mixture homogeneous cylinders of each one of the percentages will be made in order to perform the laboratory test of compressive strength after 14 days taking into account that for this time the cylinders will have a minimum resistance of 90% of their final strength. The alternative must not change the manufacturing process of conventional concrete, complying with the resistance, absorption, density and humidity parameters of the NSTR-10 norms and Colombian Technical Norms NTC of ICONTEC.
