En este trabajo de grado se quieren exponer una de las actividades realizadas en la práctica empresarial, la empresa donde se realizó dicha práctica se dedica la inspección y verificación del estado actual de las edificaciones nuevas, visualizando desde la documentación presente en el edificio, los aspectos técnicos y estéticos que puedan afectar directa o indirectamente la construcción y a sus moradores, ocasionando daños estéticos y superficiales, hasta daños estructurales. Todo constructor debe garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa colombiana, la ejecución de su obra, la calidad de los terminados, etc. Así como también seria recomendable que las entidades estatales encargadas de dar vistos buenos a diseños y planos de dichos proyecto ejerzan control total de las obras, con el fin de lograr un conjunto o equipo de trabajo que permita salvaguardar y velar por las vidas que habitaran estas construcciones. Además, se quiso abordar esta patología de las fisuras porque se puede afirmar que en casi todas las edificaciones inspeccionadas la cantidad de fisuras superan los 500 metros lineales o más, poniendo en tela de juicio y procesos jurídicos legales a los responsables de la obra y a los dueños de estas empresas quienes son profesionales en el área de la construcción.

In this work of degree they want to expose one of the activities carried out in the business practice, the company where this practice was carried out is dedicated the inspection and verification of the current state of the new buildings, visualizing from the documentation present in the building, the aspects technical and aesthetic that may directly or indirectly affect the construction and its inhabitants, causing aesthetic and superficial damage, even structural damage. Every constructor must guarantee compliance with Colombian regulations, the execution of his work, the quality of the finished, etc. As well as it would be advisable that the state entities in charge of giving good views to designs and plans of said projects exercise total control of the works, in order to achieve a set or work team that allows to safeguard and watch over the lives that will inhabit these buildings. In addition, it wanted to address this pathology of the fissures because it can be said that in almost all inspected buildings the amount of fissures exceeds 500 linear meters or more, putting into question and legal legal processes those responsible for the work and the owners of these companies who are professionals in the construction area.
