In the city of Valledupar Cesar there is a high rate of accidents by motorcycle drivers, as they violate traffic regulations, such as driving at high speeds without safety equipment, this leads to accidents in which there are traumas of great impact, affecting upper and lower limbs; MMII being the most prevalent . This has generated an important problem in the community since this is the most frequent reason for fractures in the tibia and fibula, which alter the biomechanical patterns of the individual's gait. That is why, the need arises for this research that is aimed at studying the parameters of temporary spaces that are altered and likewise be able to provide professionals with a tool with which they can make an optimal intervention plan for patients with said disturbance. It will be evaluated with a tool that is the OptoGait that has a specialized software that will help the evaluation of the temporal parameters of the gait in these patients in order to analyze, measure and determine their alterations. This research is quantitative, descriptive and transversal, the sample consisted of seven patients with tibial fracture resulting from a motorcycle accident. It was found that 57% of patients are obese and overweight. Patients with tibia fracture have the spatiotemporal gait parameters in their entirety and manual muscular force assessments that are more related are movements in extension, adduction and abduction in the support phase, height and speed parameters.
