The tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) is one of the most consumed and produced vegetables in Santander. Its production has been affected by the presence of Fusarium oxysporum f sp. lycopersici causal agent of vascular wilt, causing great economic losses in the region, since it affects 60% of its production. Therefore, the general objective of this project is to evaluate the antagonistic activity of conjugates of extracellular extracts of rhizospheric microorganisms and Thymus vulgaris against Fusarium oxysporum f sp. lycopersici. To carry out the objective, through the previous isolation of the pathogen and the rhizospheric microorganisms of interest, antagonism tests were carried out where their inhibitory capacity was evaluated. Subsequently, the extracellular extracts of the microorganisms that present antagonistic potential against the pathogen and the extract of Thymus vulgaris were obtained. Finally, six treatments against Fusarium sp. made from combinations with the extracellular extracts and the plant extract, were tested to observe the in vitro behavior of the fungus and obtain its inhibition percentage. With the results obtained, an analysis of variance and Fisher's test were performed to determine the statistical significance of the treatments. It was possible to isolate three possible antagonists (Bacillus sp., Trichoderma sp. and Aspergillus sp.) of which only two had inhibitory potential for the pathogen (Bacillus sp. and Trichoderma sp.). After the evaluation of the six treatments, it was obtained that T5 and T1 presented a higher percentage of inhibition of the phytopathogen, 96.66% and 95.71%, respectively, which according to the Fisher test did not present significant differences. These results allow us to conclude that the in vitro tests demonstrate the potential of the treatments for the control of Fusarium sp.
