Este estudio se realizó en la ESE Juan Pablo II de Aratoca para conocer la prestación de servicios de salud y la atención del usuarios del programa de RCV, y esto se ve afectado por la falta de infraestructura, equipos y tiempo para los tratamientos; es importante garantizar y brindar un servicio con calidad, que tenga en los pacientes una rehabilitación adecuada, no solo en la prestación del servicio si no en calidad humana del mismo. El objetivo Determinar cuál es la percepción de los usuarios acerca de la calidad, satisfacción y expectativas del servicios del programa de riesgo cardiovascular en la ESE. Metodología: El tipo de estudio descriptivo, corte transversal. La muestra fue 150 usuarios del programa de RCV. Se utilizó el instrumento escala Servqual, herramienta para la medición de la calidad del servicio, mediante cinco dimensiones: elementos tangibles, fiabilidad, capacidad de respuesta, seguridad y empatía. El cuestionario tiene dos partes. La primera, explora características sociodemográficas, y la segunda 22 variables que examinan las dimensiones en cuanto al servicio que recibió y al que esperaba recibir, con respuestas SI O NO. Resultados Los usuarios encuestados predominan los de edades entre 76 a 90 años con un 43%; el género femenino un 61%; el 55% tienen educación primaria y secundaria y el 95% son de estrato uno. Discusión: trabajos comparado deja ver, que se han hecho pocos estudios sobre la satisfacción de los usuarios en especial aquellos que pertenecen a los programa de Riesgo Cardiovascular; la mayoría de las investigaciones evalúan la calidad de los servicios de los prestadores de salud, y muy pocas las de satisfacción de los programas de RCV.

This study was carried out in the ESE Juan Pablo II of Aratoca to know the provision of health services and the attention of the users of the program of RCV, and this is affected by the lack of infrastructure, equipment and time for the treatments; It is important to guarantee and provide a quality service that has adequate rehabilitation in patients, not only in the provision of the service but also in the human quality of the same. The objective To determine the perception of the users about the quality, satisfaction and expectations of the services of the cardiovascular risk program in the ESE. Methodology: The type of descriptive study, cross-section. The sample was 150 users of the RCV program. The scale instrument Servqual, a tool for the measurement of service quality, was used in five dimensions: tangible elements, reliability, responsiveness, security and empathy. The questionnaire has two parts. The first one explores sociodemographic characteristics, and the second 22 variables that examine the dimensions of the service that received and expected to receive, with answers YES or NO. Results The surveyed users predominate between 76 and 90 years old, with 43%; The female gender 61%; 55% have primary and secondary education and 95% are of stratum one. Discussion: comparative work shows that few studies have been done on the satisfaction of users, especially those belonging to the Cardiovascular Risk program; The majority of the investigations evaluate the quality of the services of the health providers, and very few of the satisfaction of the RCV programs.
