Description Introduction: According to him, Leininger goes beyond knowledge and makes use of the knowledge of cultural nursing care to practice culturally congruent and responsible Objectives: To interpret the cultural representations of the treatment of wounds with traditional medicine in the pines district 2018-A. Methodology: Qualitative research of phenomenological type was used. This design is not part of the design of a theory, but of the known world, which makes a descriptive analysis based on the shared experiences. Husserl, like Heidegger, defines phenomenology as the study of phenomena (or experiences) as they are presented and the way in which they are lived by the people themselves. (Correa Susana, 2013) A semi-structured interview was conducted based on a guide of specific questions and subject exclusively to these, to know the knowledge that people have about traditional wound management. A semi-structured interview script was made Results: we managed to observe that the method most used for the cultural management of the community of Los Pinos neighborhood is the use of honey for its quick-acting curative effects and why its accessibility is easily accessible and this use comes from family with family and beliefs. Conclusions The present investigation has been dedicated to the study of interpreting the cultural representations of the traditional handling of wounds by the community, Barrio los Pinos. These home treatments have been used in the community in different types of wounds. To demonstrate this, a semi-structured interview was first conducted. We observed that nowadays traditional medicine is still used in wound management, we conclude that this management goes from generation to generation.

Descripción Introducción: En este estudio se aporta a la comunidad académica evidencia científica que permita demostrar que la teoría y enfermería genera conocimientos y en este caso respalda la teoría de Madeleine Leninger. Según, Leininger va más allá de los conocimientos y hace uso del saber de los cuidados enfermeros culturales para practicar cuidados culturalmente congruentes y responsables. Objetivos: Interpretar las representaciones culturales del tratamiento de heridas con medicina tradicional en el barrio los pinos 2018-A. Metodología: Se empleó la investigación cualitativa de tipo fenomenológica este diseño no parte del diseño de una teoría, sino del mundo conocido, del cual hace un análisis descriptivo en base a las experiencias compartidas. Husserl como Heidegger se define a la fenomenología como el estudio de los fenómenos (o experiencias) tal como se presentan y la manera en que se vive por las propias personas. (Correa Susana, 2013). Resultados: Se logró observar que el método más utilizado para el manejo cultural de la comunidad del barrio los pinos es el uso de la miel por sus efectos curativos de rápida acción y por qué su accesibilidad es de fácil acceso y este uso viene de familia en familia y creencias. Conclusiones: La presente investigación se ha dedicado al estudio de Interpretar las representaciones culturales del manejo tradicional de heridas por la comunidad, Barrio los Pinos. Se ha utilizado estos tratamientos caseros en la comunidad en diferentes tipos de heridas. Para demostrar esto, primero se realizó una entrevista semi-estructurada.
