    This degree project demonstrates the work done in the internships at the Cardiovascular Foundation of Colombia between the dates of July and November 2019. With which the main answer is given to what would happen if the position of Graphic Designer is not exercised in the internal communications area of it. With which all the processes and respective topics on the design of graphic pieces for the internal communication of the Cardiovascular Foundation of Colombia are explained, from the reception of the request of the collaborator through the business email, following with his sketch of the piece To continue with the respective writing of the information provided to carry out the respective communication, through their choice of color palette and other graphic resources needed, having the piece completed passes the approval process by the Chiefs and then approval by the Applicant, finally his respective massive submission of the piece is made and ends with the Feedback of the other collaborators. The position of graphic designer in the area of internal communications at the Cardiovascular Foundation of Colombia plays an important role in the support of the social communicator and other requests made, which does not allow saturation of the media that in this case would be Business email And the correct information can be executed so that it can be easily coded by the collaborators. In which the International Hospital of Colombia, the Cardiovascular Institute of Colombia and the FCV Business Technology Center are kept informed.
