- PublicaciónRestringidoAnálisis de los microorganismos nativos con potencial Biofertilizante aislados de suelos de palma de aceite en el CORREGIMIENTO LA LLANA NORTE DE SANTANDER.(Cucuta: Universidad de Santander, 2018, 2018-12-11) Laguado Toscano, Yulieth Vanessa.; Buitrago Duque, María Angélica.; Diaz Castañeda, Claudia-Elizabeth; Contreras Rangel, Jael.We analyzed the native microorganisms with biofertilizing potential isolated from the soil of palm oil crops in the Llana Norte de Santander corregimiento. For this, 500 g of soil were taken at a depth of 1-20 cm and 5 g of it was inoculated in winogradsky broth, then in Ashby Agar and then purified in Nutritive Agar to be identified by means of biochemical tests. For the determination of the biofertilizing potential of the isolated microorganisms, the inoculation of maize seeds was carried out and the treatments were monitored by observing the evolution of the growth of said plants in terms of length of the stem, length of the main leaf and diameter of the stem for 20 days. The results showed the presence of genera with biofertilizing potential such as: Enterobacter sp, Klebsiella sp, Pseudomonas sp and Acinetobacter sp. The treatments with Acinetobacter sp, Azotobacter sp, Burkholderia cepacea, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia showed 100% germination 10 days after inoculation.
