Today, the safety and health protection of workers has been increased. To determine the ergonomic risk factors associated with musculoskeletal disorders of brickworkers at Sigma LTD in Cúcuta, North of Santander for 2019. the research is descriptive-quantitative, cross-cutting, the 72 workers of the Sigma LTD brick factory were taken as a study population. From Cúcuta, North of Santander. The instrument used to obtain the data was a sociodemographic survey to know important factors such as: age, gender, job, extra activities. Among others. The REBA method was also applied to each of the workers. Through experimentation, ergonomic risk factors could be identified according to the method applied. Prevalence in charges requiring intervention under the REBA method was presented to all workers where an average risk was determined, through direct observation and survey application. action is needed to control the risk. Ergonomic intervention for the reduction of the level of risk of musculoskeletal disorders in barge workers is inescapable. Since by applying the REBA Method, it was possible to determine that 55% of workers are at an average risk of conditions due to activities carried out in their workplace.
