    The company Preacero Pellizzari Mexico located in the city of Veracruz Mexico, has devoted its greatest effort to make preventive maintenance plans to machinery and tools leaving aside the maintenance plans and processes to different areas, such as, for example, the main structure, xii secondary and enclosure, which are the areas under study, these areas are very affected by the aforementioned geographical location, which is characterized by strong winds, high temperatures, high percentages of humidity, and heavy rainfall, which is why considered as one of the cities with the highest levels of corrosion, under this climate there are few objects that do not show deterioration in a shorter period than usual, which causes losses of money, productivity, machinery, infrastructure and can even cause accidents serious work that even threatens life.

    Propuesta de mejoramiento en la gestión del inventario de repuestos, herramientas e insumos destinados al mantenimiento de las unidades de transporte de la empresa PREMEZCLADOS MARCUZZI PARAMILLO C.A. (mapaca)

    The fundamental purpose of the present project consisted in the elaboration of a proposal to improve the management of maintenance inventories (spare parts, tools and supplies) of transport units for the company Premezclados Marcuzzi Paramillo CA (MAPACA), setting as specific goals to diagnose the current situation of said management, carry out the codification of the articles and their classification under the ABC model and describe the processes and parameters of the proposal. The research corresponded to the qualitative approach, with an exploratory, descriptive and explanatory design and documentary and field design, and the data collection techniques were direct observation and the survey.
