    Aplicación de tecnologías de gestión para el mejoramiento de la productividad en MIPYMES de Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana

    The project aims to improve productivity in a microenterprise in the Bucaramanga sector, through the management of economic incentives and the standardization of administrative processes. This initiative and methodology was contributed by the INTI of Argentina that, together with the Chamber of Commerce of Cartagena and Bucaramanga, will implement the management technologies to provide the improvement in the productivity of the companies. The methodology used is of an experimental type by carrying out a diagnosis of the current situation developed an action plan with improvement activities, to continue with its implementation and evaluation through indicators that appreciate the improvements in productivity. The results obtained from the implementation of management technologies such as the new characterization formats, function manuals and other documentary supports give the company Salud Dar IPS Somos Salud to know the responsibility and scope of the processes of each department, in addition The program of productivity and assertive communication generated a change in the current state of the institution eliminating the critical points in the management of human talent and documentation in general, causing the improvement in difficulty and the increase in productivity and competitiveness of the company with respect to its metropolitan area.
