    Intervenciones de enfermería en pacientes hospitalizados con riesgo de caídas : Revisión sistémica.

    Falls are adverse events that occurred in the health care process linked with nursing care; generate damage, injury and complication of the disease. Most of these events is generated by poor condition of physical resources, unsafe actions by ignorance of nurses To describe the nursing interventions that are routinely used to reduce the risk of falls in hospitalized patients between the years 2006-2016. Systematic review of literature on observational articles of nursing interventions to minimize the risk of a fall in patients hospitalized between the years 20062016. Sample: 13 observational articles available in Data Bases were included in English and Spanish languages. 13 articles, 5 were of good quality and 8 moderate quality, according to Newcastle -Ottawa scale. Interventions identified in the systematic review of literature to prevent hospital falls are identification of risk through the scale of Vancouver, care in the administration of medications, evaluation of physical activity, education to prepare professional nurses for a program of virtual learning about fall educational questionnaire on risk of falls prevention patients. The assessment of risk of falls should be tailored interventions relating to the reduction of risk factors multifactorial, these are more effective than those seeking to delete a single risk factor.
