    This document contains a methodological design of the Continuous Improvement Plan for the future implementation of a Quality Management System, for the company DENTAL SALUD CLINICA ESTETICA ORAL S.A.S according to the guidelines and requirements of the international standard NTC ISO 9001: 2015. The methodology used in each one of the stages of the development process of this project, began with the realization of an initial diagnosis of the state of fulfilment with the requirements defined in the norm through an initial qualification criterion. Later a Matrix of Priorization of the requirements was realized under a modality of traffic light by colors, allowing to us identify the level of global qualification of each one of the numerals of the norm. With that, the Continuous Improvement plan was developed under a 5w1h model, which allowed identifying each one the activities to be developed, the improvement actions, those responsible for executing the activities, probable dates of execution, processes or areas responsible for the fulfillment of the activity, indicators for its measurement and the evidences that must be obtained during the development, all of that with a view to a future implementation of a Quality Management System under the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard.
