    Grado de adherencia a la guia práctica clínica de infecciones de vias urinarias no complicadas en la ips mutual health care s.a.s. en el municipio de villa del rosario

    A study was carried out with a quantitative methodology of descriptive observational type of cross section, to determine the degree of adherence to the guidelines of clinical practice of urinary tract infection by medical personnel in IPS Mutual Health Care SAS located in the municipality of Villa del Rosario - Norte de Santander in the first quarter of 2018. Materials and methods: two data collection instruments were applied; the first is a checklist for general medical history audit, which was applied to sixty-four (64) of the clinical histories of patients who received care by uncomplicated Urinary Tract Infection Diagnostic; in the IPS Mutual Health Care, shows that corresponds to 49.6% of total cases of uncomplicated urinary tract infection in women over 16 years of age served in the IPS and the second instrument is a 100% survey of General Medical Officers currently work in the IPS in comment, for a total of 4 general practitioners. Results: once the adherence analysis was completed by clinical history, it is concluded that the degree of adherence to CPGs for uncomplicated UTI is 60% qualifying for adequate; the criteria of lower compliance of the CPG for uncomplicated UTI is the regional physical examination, and pharmacological treatment; 100% of the medical staff knows the CPG for uncomplicated UTI of Mutual Healt Care S.A.S; The following were identified as factors that influence the non-adherence to the CPG for uncomplicated UTI: the HC format does not allow the application of the guide, disagreement with the contents, it was identified that there are no evaluations of adherence to the CPG for Uncomplicated IVU on the part of the IPS. Conclusion: The results obtained will serve to contribute with other investigations regarding the adherence to the CPG of IVU.
