    In order to understand the seismic complexity of "Santander, Colombia" should be of great interest for the community in general, because the department has the characteristic to have many threats with geology origin, that's why the idea to make this manual to create a map of isoseismal referencing to the earthquake with the epicenter on the "Mesa de los Santos" on february 7th, 2014; that means to provides a tool that will show to many people how to development some exercises to understand affecting tectonics process. Also the final idea of this exercise for the reader is to elaboration ONU isoseismal and that will provide a graphic idea of the seismic events and the intensity, then interpret the curves, trying to deduce what is the reason the generate anomalies in the their dashed.
