    Análisis de la aplicación de la política pública nacional de turismo cultural del municipio de Socorro, durante los años 2012-2015

    This document is based on the analysis of the implementation of the security policy of Tourism and Culture in a given municipality in the Department of Santander in this case (Socorro); and likewise reflect factors that negatively influence the implementation of public policies on tourism and culture To do a comparative table is between the development plans of two municipalities that are listed as Cultural Heritage, is taken as a basis for research development plans of each municipality and through its programs; subprograms and Strategic lines. We found that each municipality in their development plans have programs and strategic lines focused on culture and tourism for respectively measurable and quantifiable four years, interest in each program and subprogram reflected depending on income, population, geography, tourism development culture. The great weakness is due to government changes a lack of continuity in the implementation and monitoring of programs, processes observed; socioeconomic impact projects. We hope that the analysis reflected emphasize the importance to achieve adequate implementation of cultural tourism public policy.
