    The present investigation has as mission to realize a proposal of improvement in the area of warehouse and market doing a restructuring in the inventory management for the MOTO SERVICIO M & G company, identifying the factors that affect the disposition of the products that the company commercializes, and those factors which affect the commercialization of the product.
