    Diseño e Implementación de un Manual de Procesos Para el Área Jurídica de la Regional Santander del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar - ICBF

    The main objective of this project is the design and subsequent implementation of a process manual, in order to inform, control, manage and give better management to all judicial processes that are in the legal group of the Regional Santander. This control is done through the use of the Microsoft Excel tool and the feeding of the platform provided by the state which is the State's Unique System of Management and Litigation Information - eKOGUI., applications in which all the judicial processes of the entity are registered, classified according to parameters which are in accordance with the requirements made by the institution, using a process that allows its proper management, control and administration by those responsible for the legal area of the Colombian Family Welfare Institute. To this end, an investigation was carried out on the processes that are the responsibility of this area and the procedures used to carry out these tasks, in the same way, the information collected was verified with the affiliated professionals, the needs of the users and the necessary improvements to optimize efficiency in all processes and based on a work plan, the manual was designed to allow its use in the Santander regional of the Colombian Family Welfare Institute.
