Héroe. dios"(Bucaramanga : Universidad de Santander, 2019, 2019-11-28) Díaz Rojas, Wilmer Javier; Jiménez Pinilla, Germán-HoracioWith this project we want to publicize the process to execute the advertising campaign for the Directv brand, from the creation and presentation of the proposal to the materialization of all the pieces that make up the campaign, in the same way, show all the coordination of the staff Logistics and direct and indirect human talent that are part of this development. It is intended to show, each of the processes that must be fulfilled in the development of both the strategy and the campaign based on the brief that the client provides us complemented by the ideas that as an agency we contribute to make the activation more interesting. In addition to this the contribution from the graphic part as essential support for the execution of each point that bases the idea and gives the creative touch, so that anyone who reviews the proposal can understand and make a visualization of the final result. The cleaning of the pieces, a good layout and sobriety are elements that can be appreciated in the review of each point of the campaign to facilitate their understanding and study, as well as illustrating the procedure to achieve the main objective of the proposal. In the same way, the incidents and conclusions will be presented once the whole stage of, generation of ideas, illustration, approval, design and execution of the entire advertising campaign is finished, to publicize the results and evaluate the effectiveness of the same based on the fulfillment of the general and specific objectives contemplated below.

Buscando aportar al mejoramiento de las técnicas relacionadas a dichos proyectos, en este trabajo se recopilan las consideraciones generales de las Campañas de Exploración Geotécnica para la instalación de Paneles Solares con el fin de conocer las características del sitio, los métodos y ensayos disponibles, así como los elementos básicos necesarios para conformar el Informe del Estudio Geotécnico. Las consideraciones toman como base las experiencias presentadas por el ingeniero Julián Galvis Flórez durante el IV Diplomado Actualización Geotecnia Ambiental.

Therefore, to bring to the scene the conceptualization and knowledge will be executed within the methodology of Bruno Munari as an important point in the realization of the same, and the need to have a broad and general approach among people who inhabit the Bucaramanga area as work approach for dissemination of events that start from a culturalization and recovery of habits linked to the integrality and development of positive attitudes within the local community, the pieces will consist of different formats for the correct adaptability of information and graphic aesthetics having as main intention the diffusion in lists and groups of journalists. and with the same correct use of a visual line as part of a preliminary created manual that will be carried out within the instance of professional practices in the Municipal Institute of Culture and Tourism.

We implement a series of strategies focused on the positioning of the brand in direct distribution channels with the aim of improving the shopping experience and customer satisfaction and thus generate more traffic both in social networks and in the points of sale, to publicize the company in the metropolitan area and be recognized for its broad porfolio of products and services offered. Through surveys, the perspective of the client of the company and the behavior in each one of the events is evaluated, to diagnose the possible faults that intervene and interrupt the purchase process. Throughout the practices, communication strategies, market alliances with different companies and the implementation of a customer loyalty system are implemented, as well as the creation of a PQRS system that would allow the management of all the concerns and discomforts part of the clients and at the same time the suggestions that would help to the continuous improvement of the processes of the company, support campaigns were also carried out in which allied companies participated and finally with these actions the management of the online marketing is increased to generate increased network traffic, brand recognition in them and communication with customers and potential buyers.
