    This project has the title Design of a business plan for the creation of a production and marketing company of coastal cheese, its authors are Cristian Jose Fragozo Caballero and Cristian Fabián Martínez Villamizar, this work focuses on its main objective in Designing a plan of business for the creation of a company for the production and marketing of coastal cheese through a business model with the Lean Canvas methodology, to determine the viability of the market based on the needs and purchasing behavior of customers and consumers of coastal cheese Likewise, carry out an analysis of the technical, operational, legal and organizational aspects required to comply with the safety standard and prepare a financial and economic evaluation of the characteristics of the project and the needs of resources for its financing and development of the processes. at administrative and operational levels for its norm to operation The intervention project was carried out under qualitative methodology, interviews with experienced personnel in the sector and owners of the associated distributor to collect information, and quantitative to establish the technical conditions required to meet the needs of the market. Analyzes of technical and market documents were previously reviewed for information required in the different studies available on the web, in addition the Inductive and Deductive methodology (Correlational Analysis) was used. The Reed method was implemented to determine the data required in the technical study and the economic resources were determined to carry out the project and estimate the income received in each of the stages, in order to comply with the production volumes established according to demand.
