    Propuesta de sistema de gestión de residuos sólidos urbanos para el municipio de Gamarra – Cesar, planteada desde la perspectiva de la responsabilidad social empresarial

    This initiative began as an idea to develop a model of Corporate Social Responsibility for the management of solid municipal waste Cesar Gamarra. The proposal consists of a diagnosis made on the matter, stating strengths and weaknesses in order to design strategies for the implementation of a model of social responsibility for the management of solid waste; this trend of social responsibility develops as a commitment to a new culture of service, ethics and transparency. Second interest groups or stakeholders involved in this sector, in order to find their weaknesses and strengths, so that in this way may pose a model in each of the areas of organizational performance are identified. Given the geographical location of the region, has several companies that develop different types of economic activities, which were necessary to brainstorm, to establish and refine many of the needs of the region, to determine a starting point. CSR born as a thought by companies for their employees and the surrounding environment, For organizations sustainable business means not only providing products and services that meet customer, so without endangering the environment, but also operate in a socially responsible manner. Large organizational leaders take this thought as a vision of the future and recognize that lasting success must be based on practices that thought because it contributes to each and every one of the business areas, the issue of social responsibility at the international and national level acquires ever greater interest among organizations due to the awareness and need for socially responsible behavior for contributing to sustainable development. In Colombia should implement this type of projects that contribute to the growth and development of all productive sectors in the region, according to studies it should be noted that this region has minimal involvement in thinking described in the previous paragraph is why these projects are critical to route this thought and responsible business growth (ANDI, 2014) of each of the productive sectors of the region Cesar Gamarra. Finally, a major goal is to achieve better management of solid waste, taking this model as organizational life style and as a management tool that will eventually generate added value and recognition to companies who apply at its finest.
