    Estado actual del embarazo gemelar. Revisión de la literatura

    En la actualidad el diagnóstico de embarazo gemelar le confiere al binomio madre e hijo características específicas que los convierte en una población de alto riesgo para patologías que comprometen el estado de bienestar fetal como: prematurez, ruptura prematura de membranas, restricción de crecimiento intrauterino, malformaciones congénitas, problemas de entrecruzamiento del cordón, abruptio placentae, distocias de presentación y síndrome de trasfusión feto-fetal. Además de los determinantes de morbilidad materna, los cuales han incrementado su prevalencia según la etiología asociada, ya sean los trastornos de hipertensión asociados al embarazo, sepsis secundario a ruptura prematura de membranas y hemorragia postparto. En tanto así, recobra vital importancia realizar una revisión acuciosa dirigida por ejes temáticos sobre las patologías de mayor prevalencia asociadas al embarazo gemelar.

    Evaluación de la satisfacción en la atención en salud de las gestantes del Hospital San Jose, De La Gloria Cesar, 2017.

    Health care is defined by the Mandatory Health Quality Assurance System as the set of activities, services, procedures and assistance interventions that are provided to a user. In Colombia, the maternal mortality ratio in 2010 was 73 per 100,000 live births. In the municipality of La Gloria, it remained until the year 2016 at zero, because in 2016 it showed a behavior of one maternal death. The ESE Hospital San Jose de La Gloria Cesar has a health team trained to provide care in prenatal care to low and high obstetric risk maternal, providing accessibility to services, capacity and response opportunity in the emergencies service. The general objective was to evaluate the degree of satisfaction in health care to pregnant women who was treating at the ESE Hospital San Jose de La Gloria Cesar, May 1 to July 31, 2017. A study was conducting to measure the satisfaction of the user, through the application of a SERVQUAL survey to a sample of 54 pregnant mothers. The following results were obtained: Pregnant women attending the prenatal control program are women from low socio-economic stratum, subsidized regime, their educational level mostly secondary, and the occupation that predominated was domestic workers. In general, they are satisfied with the care received, however, they perceive a basic standard service, being this a starting point to improve the attention received, humanize the service and increase user satisfaction. Satisfaction observed in the personalized attention and quality on the part of the employees and their knowledge on the questions asked. On the other hand, there is dissatisfaction in the willingness of the employee to help them and the current state of the medical equipment.

    Propuesta de mejora para reducir los índices de mortalidad perinatal e infantil, en la Empresa Social del Estado Nuestra Señora de las Nieves en el municipio de Los Santos Santander

    There are various mechanisms and legal provisions that the country has endowed in order to promote safe motherhood with the goal of reducing perinatal mortality, among them are resolution 1011 of 2006, resolutions 0425, 769 and 1973 of 2008, the National Public Health Plan through Decree 3039 of 2007, and in general, the National Sexual and Reproductive Health Policy. Perinatal an infant mortality are considered important health indicators; is linked to reproduction and reflects the attention prenatal and post partum, which justifies a periodic screening for compliance review according to the technical standard of alterations in pregnancy and adoption of policies that contribute to the eradication and mitigation of the problema, and even more, considering that it constitutes a case of avoidable mortality thorught the identification and attention of the original causes and the effect tho which it leads. The objetive of this consultancy is to indentify risk factors associated with perinatal and child mortality by developing an improvement proposal reducing these mortality ratesin the ESE our lady of the snows in the municipality of Santos. Annual perinatal and infant mortality rates have been calculated in the four- year period from 2016 to 2019, as well as their causes provided by infections, malnutrition, hypoxia at birth among others. According to the medical history review, it is necessary to carry out an improvement plan where primary identification of the mothers risks in the prenatal monitoring and follow -up.
