    Evaluación de la eficacia de los procesos de limpieza y desinfección en la gestión de saneamiento de los Laboratorios del Programa de Bacteriología y Laboratorio clínico de la UDES CAMPUS CÚCUTA.

    The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the cleaning and disinfection processes in the sanitation management of the Laboratories of the Bacteriology and Clinical Laboratory Program of the University of Santander Campus Cúcuta. A field investigation was designed with a population of six laboratories of the Program in which the processes of cleaning and disinfection were studied from the sampling of the mesons of the laboratories and the application of a checklist with a format of 20 questions grouped into five categories: knowledge, Control, space, inputs and health. The most relevant results of the study are: the application of the checklist determined that in the process of cleaning and disinfection of the laboratories there is in the Control category a negative 80% and Health 67% negative; The Aerobics mesófilo are those that have greater microbial load before and after the intervention of the processes of cleaning and disinfection in the six laboratories of the Program; The ideal concentration of hypochlorite in vitro and the most effective in vivo is 3%. It is concluded that the processes of cleaning and disinfection of the laboratories of the Program of Bacteriology and Clinical Laboratory are not effective in which it is essential to improve the health and control.
