    The business practice that was carried out at the Hospital del Sarare ESE health entities carry out a unique mission in terms of social welfare, in order to achieve the fulfillment of said mission, the financial means it possesses is vital, since on the basis to them they can carry out the provision of services to the communities; Sarare Public Hospital, located in the Department of Arauca, is one of the many Social Enterprises of the State (ESE) that provides first and second level health services, competing with quality and efficiency, thus carrying out its work humanitarian and individual; However, despite this, the detriment of the funds and assets of public entities have impeded the proper development of their missions by affecting internal processes and their approach to the provision of services to communities, causing many of the state hospitals to be victims of large embezzlement, significantly affecting its operation and good performance.
