    The investigation of this business internship carried out in the Municipal Office of the Patios based on the ISO 9001: 2015 Standard presented the proposal for improvement for the process of the Economic Development office, which allows it to increase the effectiveness, efficiency and effectiveness of its process, and thus increase the satisfaction of its users. xii When preparing the improvement proposal, based on the NTC-ISO 9001: 2015, the benefits are remarkable, it contributes to the satisfaction of external users and communication with the internal processes of the entity, providing the improvement of its processes. According to the types of Research proposed by Hernández, Fernández and Baptista (2006), this is descriptive, since it seeks to obtain all possible data on various aspects of the Organization, as its name says, describe the processes that are carried out to obtain the necessary information for the investigation. In a descriptive study "data on various concepts, aspects, dimensions or components of the phenomenon to be investigated are measured, evaluated or collected, select a series of issues and measure or collect information on each of them to describe what is being investigated." Hernández et al. (2006).
