    Leasing is a model that allows the introduction of the photovoltaic system as a sustainable alternative for the supply and production of solar energy in the department of Santander. This methodology is correlated with circular economy concepts to provide a cycle over time where the product returns to the company to be integrated into the design and assembly processes of new articles, thus ensuring that waste is reduced and these resources reused to mitigate future costs. In the last decade, energy demand in the region has increased with a consumption rate of 2,79% generating that new sources can enter the market to satisfy this need.Advances in digital tools and innovative concepts in areas such as advertising and marketing stimulate the idea and create opportunities to appropriate part of the market and expose the main premise of this eloquent scheme financial.. The results obtained from the information contained in this document reflect the viability of the economic strategy in the categories of financial leasing and leasing by maintenance in strata 4, 5, and 6. Also, the results of the analysis in strata 1, 2 and 3 suggest that the cost of the consumption rate is lower than the value of the established standards (Due to the subsidies granted by the government) in the proposal developed in the thesis.
