    The execution of the objectives realized in the company Amparo Delgado Bags & Leather Boutique in the leather manufacturing sector has had a boom worldwide and Colombian companies are expanding their sales globally, nowadays free trade agreements and the reputation of Colombian leather products has gained more and more ground in both Latin and European markets. Industry and local demand has been affected a little by the taxes and purchasing power of Colombians and that is why businessmen are increasingly looking for international markets that have amore stable economy, which is why Chile is presented as a South American country that has a well-established and solid economy to trade. Trade agreements with this country are in force and many Colombian companies have been negotiating with this country for a long time, on the other hand the low local demand produced by the border crisis makes the city try to meet more basic needs than others, in a few words the city of Cúcuta faces a social economic situation that suggests that international markets must be sought to sell the products of the Ad Amparo Delgado Bags & Leather Boutique. The completion of this project offers the company an expectation with solid foundations that can be taken, in order to expand participation in an international market and also its revenues since this project had not been contemplated outside the city of Cúcuta . This work is considered important as it offers the opportunity to implement negotiation and marketing techniques and contribute to the development of the region.
